  Hello I have a question regarding eligibility criteria ...I am currently giving my final exam of llb and will taking my llm admission in ip university as you counseling process there has been started so I also paid the counseling fee of llm . So I want to ask can I give june 2024 NET exam and will it be valid??

  Hello, You should at least get enroll in LLM course for UGC NET. Because UGC Checks the base, So as of now your base is UG only. So if you clear NET on UG basis [ FYUG as mentioned in June 2024 bulletin] you will not be eligible for Assistant professor. So its better to be on a safe side and Prepare for December session. Best of Luck for your bright future ahead. Further

  5 year Integrated course is equivalent to 4 year UG Course as mentioned in NTA Information bulletin. You are eligible only if you have scored 75% in UG , but within 2 year after qualifying NET you must complete Masters. And you will be eligible for the award of the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for admission to the Ph.D. The candidates qualifying in the NET, based on a four-year undergraduate degree, will not be eligible for appointment as Assistant Professor. Please Refer page 7 of ugc net information bulletin from official website.
