Ham direct court jaa sakte h but sir in essentials aap bol rhe hai ki You have to proof.. sir bas itna samajh nhi aya thoda confuse ho rhe h .. .. Sir kya aap fir se isko bata dijiyegaa 🙏🙏

Under Indian law there is no concept like slander and libel. these are the concepts of English law. Under Indian law both are criminal wrongs.

He pronounced the specific name like Nirav Modi Narender Modi, his state was not general statement But defence can be granted to Rahul Ghandi also because it was somewhere part of defamation of class of person But you know it’s discreationary power is court weather to treat something defamation or not 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
