My first time here and boating all my life. Whatever cleaner you used w/your power washer worked wonders on the years of grime & filth she acquired from what I think was uncovered outside storage & neglect. Really good job from what I'm seeing so far. Gotta watch the next one and I'm looking through your vids to see if there's any showing a cleaned & power washed Fountain engine compartment.

Love watching the videos brother. Just wanted to pass on some knowledge… I found a cleaner at lowes it’s called “30second outdoor cleaner” it removes all that mold and algae in seconds and don’t damage paint. Give it a try.

You should try Dawn Heavy Duty Degreaser for cleaning off mild, grease. usually i dilute it 3:1 anything or 4:1 for carpeting and vinyls. straight on engines or even your kitchen stove. wont hurt paint, cleans plastics too. lowes sell it by the gallon for $21. Any it doesn't have any smell, so you can clean interiors with it too. agitate it with a soft brush, let is a few min and wash of wipe off.

i usually use dawn hd degreaser and a siding brush first and powerwash it off. a lot easier and faster than just power washing alone.

Unfortunately it had a rotten transom and I didn’t know it when I bought it. I paid 15,000 for it thinking it was a good hull and expected to put about $10,000 worth of engines in it. With $5000 in upholstery. That didn’t work out so I parted it out to break even.
