The nucleus of a cell is the lumen of a vessel housed by inline rbc's with a different rbc and plasma volume ratio that's found in veins and arteries. Possible csf is isolated by transparent vessels or afferent transparent capillaries

ETC decouple occurs when there is depletion of ATP right ? btw very well explained

Decoupling of ETC with ATP production can occur due to many reasons for example this is one of the ways to generate heat. I have a video on that which you can watch.

Necrosis does not directly cause DNA damage or breakdown, but the cellular and molecular events associated with necrosis can lead to secondary effects that contribute to DNA damage, such as oxidative stress and inflammation.
