If any Goliath player likes the model and want an excuse to field it, just say it is the gang's Stimmer. If he's Vatborn, he can take the +1T and +1S gene upgrades, if he's Natborn he can get +1W and +1A. Besides that if you want to be 100% WYSIWYG he can take the Fists of Steel Muscle skill, but I would equip him with Paired Spud jackers and say that weapon profile represents his fists, so I can give him a more appealig starting skill like Nerves of steel (unless you plan to get him a Frenzon collar right after the 1st game), Naargh! or Walk it off. In my experience you don't usually need more than 1 Stimmer and he'll usually attract most of the enemy fire and this model is bulky and eye catching enough to fulfil the 'Distraction Carnifex' role :D

I agree mate, I think he should be a little bit faster though or have the movement be 4+d3'' because he goes at the same speed as a lobo-ogryn. Not only that, he can be pinned rather easily
