The head on the waist is Thaetos himself. The body is a host. Think Krang from TMNT. Also, its a single piece mini this time around. As Merc said, he's from the Renegade & Heretics range. He was a Rogue Psyker. The original did require a bit of assembly as he had a couple of skulls on sticks poking out of his back. I just use my original model. He's actually quite a decent psychic glass canon with the revised wyrd powers.

The mini is ancient because I have one in my school years traitor guard collection. It's literally just a repurposed OOP renegade imperial psyker mini, the biggest insult to injury is it was a dual pack originally and he is substantially the lesser of the pair!?ヽ(°〇°)ﾉ
