Madam your suggestion are very good. However some thing more is needed. You give the principle or basis of the proposal then we can underdtand reasons of suggestion. You should write book with principle Tjen it has value.we don't like to blindly follow up. You have good knowledge with principle it will upgrade .you suggested to apply coconut oil but why. I read your talk with intrest but i am not happy. That is why suggest Hope you will appreciate Ashok chiniwala.

here, problem is not in heel. its at lower spine. foremost thing to do is using flat footwear which has soft upper layer. then, working the spine, hips and legs will completely heal the issue. sarvaangasana, forward bend, abdominal twist, stretching legs in all directions laying down, toe exercises - all will help

ensure good blood circulation through the body, yoga is considered best for this, which is main solution to disorders. applying cold pack is helpful. taking medical help becomes important for major or chronic issues. take care
Namaskar Hansaji,, Gita joshi here. Does nonconsumption of Hing affect Thyroid??? Please reply. We do not eat Onion, Garlic, and now also Hing.. But my TSH has gone hypo.. started suffering hypothyroidism. Please guide me.
