thanks Vito that was just the review I needed, I had the Ooni 16. But its a big oven to have in the kitchen, I know its for outdoor. But we used it indoor, but the Effeuno is a better suit for us. Cause we can integrate it better in our kitchen. thanks for all the videos

Excellent oven. I got one from the factory in Padova. Added the biscotto and a steel inner window too. Superb investment and only around €400 if I recall correctly. Worth every penny!

Things I've learned in quarantine: 1.) KZread is the best way to learn 2.) There are great teachers and chefs online 3.) Most recipes are vague "Add 4 cups of flour" "Make a tomato sauce" 4.) You can't skimp on quality ingredients 5.) To perfect a dish you need to go to a person that specializes in it. 6.) Practice Thanks Vito

Hi Vito, this looks amazing! I just bought this oven and I am going to cook my first napoletana verace soon. You mentioned you set the temperature to 430 (bottom) and 470 (top). However, I can see the lights of the thermostats were still on when the pizza went it. Did you adjust them to have the resistances on before cooking the pizza? Thanks once again for this video!

Hi Vito. I love your videos, you make them so interesting, and all your knowledge about the pizza Napolitano is so great. I love to make pizza at home but my problem is the oven, I have a crappy oven that maybe come up to 270C and those pizza ovens you show on your channel are great and a bit pricy, so wouldn't it be cool to have a giveaway contest where we can win one? who makes the best-looking pizza at home? with a slice so you can see the dough wins a pizza oven. just a thought.

The sauce is starting to burn before the crust is done. Is that an indication that the top or bottom temps are too high or low?

@@mattyd1282 not here, but someone else who reviewed this oven told me it holds the temperature well enough that it is ready for the next pizza by the time you make another. So it takes about 1 to 2 minutes to get back up to proper temperature for neapolitan.
@Vito lacopelli, can you do comparison of normal oven vs thos pizza makers that get to 350-400C? That would be really interesting video and would help me understand if I should pay 100eur for them.
