It's funny how in all these videos Vincenzo asks "that's not Neapolitan?" and Johnny screams "noooo!"
One other thing to mention is that in the States we are more diverse than any other country in the world. So some directions in cooking you go, you have to break some traditional rules. I’m sure if you tried to cook southern food, I could react to how terribly wrong you would start. In food you learn about different cultures. I can walk down the street and encounter 6 different cultures in 25 minutes. That’s the beauty of food it brings cultures together. I would love to see you trying different culture food. I don’t know much about Australian cuisine.

I love how serious Johnny takes the tradition of authentic pizza it's why he's the best. He got so mad 🤣 I love when you do videos with him. I learned a lot about making dough from his video and it has helped me so much when I do home made pizza
