Forgiveness is possible when we understand that we are one with all beings, and that we are not separate identities!

Jay Lee yes it is difficult to forgive when there is a lot of anger in your heart, and also have not understood who you are, I do understand because I was there once, and also because it is a choice that we make, and we choose to continue to resent, as a torch we want to continue to carry. We truly are the one suffering from that choice, as the other person has moved on, and does not care about your suffering. What I said has nothing to do with preaching, as preaching is something someone does as an act, and has no compassion or understanding what so ever! On the other hand I understand where your coming from, like I said I was there once.

Elisabeth Steel Oh, I believe I might have confused you. I agree wholeheartedly with what you said. I commented preach as a saying, not literally the preach done in religion(which, I have nothing against.) You know, when someone says something really good, and the other person says preach! I'm sorry if I got you confused

I want to say to all of you who really have been hurt by others, that there is hope. You don't have to pretend that you weren't hurt; you don't have to be imprisoned by the anger. The to walk with you and to make a way for healing in relationships and reconciliation. You are not alone.

In my life... I have seen ppl like this... Who's intention was to kill me... But I never feared for it... I felt pity for them...As I understood...they are just a tool...Being triggered...And do my best for them to make them happy 👍

Sorry to hear that. Yes, you can forgive your sister, and the reason of being your Mother has forgiven your Sister in an instant when she left her body, and I think your Mom would want you to do so too.
