Andhra Pradesh is a state bordering India’s southeastern coast. The state is composed of two regions, coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema. Since the state has a long coastline, the cuisine has a lot of seafood, though there are many vegetarians too. The food is spicy and the use of spices is rather lavish. One can notice a lot of variety where chutneys and pickles are concerned. People here are Ricę eaters, no wonder the state is called the ‘ rice bowl of India’.

    The Thali shown here is of both states Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Sarvapindi, bagarannam n sakkinaalu are Telangana dishes. Sweets are missing in the list shown. Telugu thali should be shown n explained by a Telugu person. Only then the emotions are conveyed properly. Sarvapindi's literal translation is not pancake. Sarva in telangana means a large utensil n pindi is dough. The dough is flattened by placing it on a large utensil, hence the name. And poornaalu are actually called 'Poornam boorelu' in Telugu. This is what happens when a non-telugu person explains telugu dishes. In all ur other thali videos, dishes n culture are explained by the natives of that culture but this video is explained a person who's not a Telugu guy😏👎

    Gongara means marathi Aambat chuka Sarv pindi if u call THALIPITH IN MARATHI

    The names of the dishes are not Andhra!! Rather From Telangana !! Shagun said Poornam which is actually Boorelu in Andhra !! Wish it was named Telangana Thali

    Someone please tell chef Kunal Kapur not to Lick his fingers after eating. It does not look nice when people watch him on mobile and also this serial was shown on television. Why does he have to break some 16:21 items to see what it contains and he uses lefthand fingers to Lick.A chef should know. What the ipancake consists inside since he was a. Chef in a hotel. We don't use left fingers or Lick fingers to enjoy., also please tell him that he should not waste food.
