Has been a pleasure to watch these girls play over the last 4 years, will miss their enthusiasm and tenacity, but the future looks bright with the players that remain and the new arrivals to come! Patty is the absolute and such a great mentor for these girls to help turn them into not only outstanding players, but also exceptional women. She is also a great ambassador and spokesperson for the game of Softball, as emphasised by her final comments thanking the reporters and venue staff for their work in helping to promote the game and helping make it the great spectacle that it was 👏BOOMER !

Sooner Nation is so incredibly proud!!! What a massive accomplishment! History was made today! Not to brag on myself, but I called it yesterday that. History will be made today and it was because i had total faith in these elite women. 4 national championships in a row is a new record that will stand for a very long time, and this has a very gpod chance to go beyond 4 is what is so crazy about it. Patty Gasso will have a Statue in Norman, and movies will be made about this incredible Dynasty. Softball is on the map, I watched this game instead of the NBA finals game. Because i knew it was going to be a better more entertaining game, and it exceeded expectations. Greatest Show on Dirt for sure! Boomer Sooner Baby #☝️

I wonder What Texas players Patty would like to have. They have some ballers that scared me for the past few days! I felt bad for some of them Texas ladies. They fought hard even in hardest moments, and came very close a few times, but little mistakes can have devastating consequences. We had a few too, but just a little less. This game is so competitive and detail oriented. It's my my favorite sport now only tied with OU Football. I can't pick 1, I love em both.

There is a saying that says the lie will be halfway around the world before truth even gets its boots on. I strongly feel that that applies to people's negative opinions. About sooner softball and probably other teams that the fans are passionate about. Many people, including me still believed in the softball team. Most any college softball team would kill to only have 6 losses, but for this team 6 losses was a fall immeasurable. Perspective here is very, very important. Many softball teams will never even get a sniff of the WCWS. You guys own it, It has your name on it and can never be taken from you. I heard or read very few negative comments regarding the future of Sooner softball this year. Major congratulations. I don't believe any other team will win for national championships in a row.
