One day my hard work is gonna pay off and I’ll be able to talk to Jay Shetty personally. You have no idea how much you changed my life Jay. I grew up not having a relationship with my family so I had to learn everything on my own. I started listening to Jay last year and bought both of his books. My mentality is different now. My manifestation is so strong now and my self confidence has gotten better because Jay made me realize how much I’m capable of doing. I love you Jay. You’re one of my saviours 💚💚💚

I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. kzread.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

In the middle of this podcast I could say, thanks both of masters because you made me decide who I want to be. I was in really confusion, I am 25, I worked as an interpreter and teacher. I also do alot of stuff at once and I master them all. I cried because I am confused who I want to be and I was not making enough money. I do graphic design, painting, writing, entrepreneuring, photography and I have degree in them all and I love them all as careers. But guess what you made question, what is the one thing that made bring change, and make me bring change to the world and humanity. And I found out it was writing. Everyone who reads my poetry and my writings, feel it and feel the change and positivity. It might not bring money but someday I will be in Podcast with you Jay. You literally paved my future.

To answer the question that you asked at 56:10 regarding personal wellbeing and mental health-I would answer that this entire conversation was about how to raise children that are emotionally and mentally fit by giving them these 3 things. 1-give them unconditional love. 2-expose them to different ideas so they learn to push themselves and not take the easy road-which to me means teach them to live courageously. 3- Live a life of service-ask yourself what can I do to help someone else. . If we can all provide these 3 key principles and lessons to our children I believe we would have a healthier and kinder society , . We would have a society build on community and service-instead of selfishness. . Honestly Jay ,these 3 principles to me are the golden rule to living a truly happy and fulfilling life. Thanks for this conversation-I hope everyone who watch this video would apply these principles, and pass it forward. Because if we all could adapt this mindset -we could a better world.

Before the day begins, imagine you are an explorer standing above the opening of an underground cave. Below the earth's surface, there are luminescent waters and sparkling walls. You lower yourself down on a rope, safely repelling off the crystalline sides. You descend and reach the ground safely. You have quieted all the noise from above and can hear every drop, every trickle. Around you is a beautiful labyrinth to explore. You have found an inner place to silence the distractions. Today you give yourself the gift of uninterrupted time.

Each day presents new opportunities for knowledge, understanding, and personal development. It's up to us to embrace a mindset of lifelong learning and remain open to the lessons that life has to offer. Sometimes, we may feel tempted to settle into our comfort zones or become complacent in our existing knowledge and beliefs. However, when we actively seek out new experiences, perspectives, and challenges, we expand our horizons and deepen our understanding of the world and ourselves.

We call it phenotypical expression in plant breeding. The environment and nutrients will affect the genotypical expression. If you alter the nutrition and environment, the phenotypical expression will express positive/negative effects/traits. The same applies to humans.

What an amazing conversation. The way that a podcast presents you with such interesting people is too underrated. There hasn't been any time in history where you could surround yourself with such great mentors as today. I trully belive that an important way to move humanity forward is by filtering the best content out there and spreading it to the younger generations in an efficient way in order for them to grow into curious and balanced adults. That is what I will choose to be my life purpose, I already have an idea that could make this happen and I believe that you, Jay, will be part of it! Will just leave here this message and see how well it ages in some years.

On the full version he talks about ....he said to his children, if you're not a creator you are a parasite, and I will not say I'm proud unless you make me proud for helping others. This has to be the most counterintuitive motivation I've ever heard. Those children grew up, always trying to seek the positive recognition from their father. It may have made them go on to and make crazy successful businesses- but I do wonder under the neuroscience of the the brain how that has effected them emotionally 🤔

NOTES FROM THIS -- would it help billion ppl to live a better life making money is byproduct of it if being healthy is optional then why not being sick is what can change tomorrow is what the tool that you can come up with how your questions are different from other ppl your genes are not your destiny, your gene expressions are what you tell yourself is important not what someone tells you is your everyday interactions makes you, not just a single event your imagination is the only thing that limits you what you can do you decides your sky aka limit life never stops teaching its you who stop learning one gift you can gift to someone you love the most is curiosity job of a parent is not to take children to water, its to make them thirsty curiosity begins with what if is this possible/ imagine if this is like that what not matters is simply leaving better world for children, its leaving better children to the world self worth doesn't come from what you own it comes from what you create we tell our kids what to do we never show them what to do obsession to solve the problem makes you jump out of your bed each morning the things are not working as expected is the sign that you are alive as in heartbeats move up n down in the constant state of stress, finding love in what you do and showing gratitude is important even you are in a thing which you don't love fully and you are not in the position to leave it, still find something look for something you love in it to add up in your skills later on thinking of parents to not give children stuff to spoil them v/s pay for learning at internships or some courses for them exposing yourself to more ideas/things/learnings rather than getting too fixated too early if you can learn to love discomfort, then comfort becomes very easy sometime children may disagree but its your job to realize them its good for them in long run, but wanting to become your mini me is where they go wrong expose them to many dots, someday they can connect dots on their canvas let them decide what's possible and what's not the day you stop learning is the day you start dying

Bitcoin price has not been doing really well lately infant the whole stock market, buying the dip isn't a tough call and it's a very tough call to figure out what to do aside holding. The good thing about the space is that you can buy the dips and put them into active trades, while confidently waiting for a pump in price because it is inevitable. Most people do not understand how the space works. Charts won't guarantee what an asset is going to do. Prices are go up and down and despite the that, the market has been profitable to me. I've always played safe implementing trades with insights and signals from a pro trader Rebecca Catherine. I made 2.5 BTC from the recent crash in the market within a period of two weeks.

I'm a little bit skeptical about this cause I've lost over $10k trying to make profits by myself in binance
