Hi sir, will current year profits and previous year profits will be considered to calculate NAV under Balance sheet approach???
This is amazing!! Thank you man
Sri still I am clear will the MF will create the fund after receiving the all total money from the Unit Holder and the they buy the stock r they buy the stock before itself and then divide the asset to NAV. For example, if XXX Fund is 1 Lakh how the buy the share without selling the NAV to retailer. Will the barrow the money from bank in the form of leverage and pay interest for that.
fully clear abut NAV. thanks brother

How does daily interest accrual impact the nav. Specially when a large sum is received and invested on the same day in a term deposit. Is the interest accrued for the day taken as part of nav ?

Sir does no of untis remains same always, what if new subscriber comes in, from where will he get units
@1FIN
5 жыл бұрын
When a new subscriber comes in, new units will be issued at the NAV. Say for example current NAV is 15 and there are 100 units. If a new person buys 10 units, he pays Rs. 150 to the fund. Total net assets = 100 x 15 + 10 x 15 = 1650 Total units = 110 NAV remains same.

Why you have deducted 1000 salaries twice? There was an increase in shares and added 5000 at assets side and deducted salary of 1000 from 5000 and showed as 4000 at liability side. Again to calculate NAV why you have deducted 1000 ?
