This video and others provided tool information and technique which was very useful in restoring my (Manufactured in England) AVON/Zodiac Workboat (discontinued model) which uses the Mil-spec Hypalon. The current design is Zodiac Milpro, why? Transom is designed for a 40Hp, would be fun to incorporate the lift tubes on each tube at the transom, but that is probably not the correct name for the application, still learning. Seattle, Washington.

You guys do great work and provide excellent information. Only problem is there is always some one screaming or yelling through out the whole video so at times it's hard to comprehend what you're saying. Other than that great job. I own a Caribe and I always checking out your videos.

3 days of work and alot of skill and attn to detail. Alfred, can you tell us how your repair process might differ from the original build process? Like the way you work the seams and the types of glue/materials you use?

Alfred, In your opinion which is better the squared off cone or the cone style which comes to a point?

This is the most comprehensive video, thankyou so much. Do you guys put on 3 layers of glue?

Hello Alfred, I'm in Miami FL also. I thought that in order to repair Hypolon or any of the combinations of synthetic rubber compounds you needed a Vulcanizing Machine?

Did you have a video of you fixing the leak up the front of the boat? I have a similar leak that i am about to tackle

Ctvargas I always recommend hypalon instead of PVC .I also believe the more valve chambers the better

Hello Very nice your video... I have a hypalon inflatable i would like to ask you if I can storage in a bag for a Long time in a calorous but not sunny place?

Alfred they don't have these kind of boats in Michigan and there's so many out there to choose from what would you recommend in my price range there something there between like 23 to 25 foot?

What is the brand of glue I see them using in the video? My tubes have come loose from the aluminum hull transom. What is the sanding wheel grit being used to remove the old glue? Thanks!

120 grit and we use Orca Glue
