a good tip for just being relaxed is take a shower, get a book and listen to this. i’ve been so stressed because i’m supposed to have read 4 books by this time of the school year and i haven’t even finished one. this is helping me so much to focus, i’m excited to see what my day will be like tomorrow

Yeah, I can't imagine what problem the thumbs down folks have with this. That is a lovely place. I hope the bird songs are actual ones there but even if they are added, it still makes for a beautiful moving image to watch as well as the wonderful nature sounds. Nice to have that sound floating through my home as I go about things. Really nice.

Pleasant sound, I feel relaxed with this music. I bet that there are many people in this world like me, who return to nature to find peace of mind. Hope you will find it, like me. Wishing you good health, joy and happiness.

Beautiful and peaceful. My eyes tricked me with the green mountain background for the first 5 minutes or so. I mistook the green mountain as a painted green sky! It took me down a rabbit hole trying to figure out how the painted green sky and a real video of flowing water were put together. Then I looked away for a few minutes and looked back and saw the green mountain in the background.

Eve you are so welcome, we are inclined to forget the healing energy that nature gifts us for free, in fact we are probably encouraged to forget by those who make a profit by selling artificial medications and other healing practices. But when you think of it, nature has accompanied us through our entire evolution, we have historically availed of her healing energy for millennia, it is us that have moved away from her, nature has always been there for us, all we have to do is recognise it and accept it. JonnieLarson: Your channel FOUND ME! I couldn't agree more with what said! I didn't even realize you were a specialist at this type of thing, ambient sounds and video. No wonder I've always been intrigued Nature and the weather as well. Not enough to do the statistics though, just enough to feel not so good pain wise, use what the forecast says, and just look. 9 times out of 10, usually dead on. If not then just watch how people act in general, during a heat wave, in a congested city anywhere. What a blessing you and your channel is! THANK YOU! From my heart

I live in amongst these beautiful places I film. I have always been aware of the healing energy that emanates from these tranquil locations. I wanted to see if I could capture as true a sense of each location as possible so that people viewing them would almost feel a sense of being there and be able to experience the energy of each place. I am so glad that they work for you.

Oh my goodness! This is exactly what I was looking for at this very moment! This is just such beauty that it brings me to tears of joy. johnnielawson My favorite is the purple flowers. My children, (14 and 11) watched two hours to see when the loop restarted, and argue to this day when it does. This one is great, as well as the forest with no flowers and no water. The one with the bridge is insanely beautiful. Some day, I need to visit and write about this area!

My daughter is special needs and the children's hospital here in town plays this kind of relaxation sounds for the kids ever since the first time she has remembered it I have played them. So far this one is her favorite one it puts her to sleep.

@@johnnielawson Actually, I got out everyday, bikes, parks, forest. (solo, of course) It's water season here in NM.

I think this is so peaceful. It reminds me of Warrior cats forest. With the river flowing in the distance, and the sound of birdsong. I think one day, I will just spend a day in the forest, and just stay away from man, and mankind, just stay with the leaves rustling above my head, and the murmur of the small stream aways off. This piece has reminded me that the forest is so much better then the city. That's why I love living out in the country.

Wow, just blown away! Trying to get serious about meditation and couldn't find music that works for me. I searched "nature sounds" and this came up. PERFECT! What human doesn't adore the sound of a waterfall? Love the bird sounds, too. It's like I'm right there in Connemara again. And what a bonus - it's actual film footage! So beautiful. Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about "signs of an anxiety attack" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Supreme Panic Magic - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my work buddy got great success with it.

I work nights, I live in an apartment and my upstairs neighbor raises Clydesdales in his living room. Seriously, I'm grateful for these videos; I play them just loudly enough to block out most of the noise from above (the vacuum, the dog, the stomping, the slamming cupboards). And I love the idea that I'm on holiday in Ireland! Thank you so much for these! One day, perhaps, I'll play them while I'm awake, and watch the lovely video footage; better still, I'll visit, and see it in person.
