People who have house near the stream or waterfall must be nice. Its so healing

rivers, streams, waterfalls, sunset the lakes, rains ....calms me down and feel less stress, help me to sleep in my lonely nights

I wish i was sitting right beside that stream with my backpack, hiking stick, journal, Apple! I miss hiking so much during the Summer heat.

I believe the Bird song is essential to make it sound like a real Forest. Birds are the most peaceful creatures. If Reincarnation is real, I want to come back as a Bird of Prey. An Eagle with a receding hairline. Almost Bald.

The sound of clear running water, the wonderful sound of nature, resonates with the heart

Sitting here at my indoor desk, working on my computer, but with my earbuds in listening to this mountain river and singing birds, I am transported mentally to such a soothing and relaxing place. This helps me through my anxiety daily and panic attacks when they come. In ER now hearts bothering me and listening to this

This was a test for me and it proved that time has not changed things. We set up a really nice, larger aquarium in our apartment living room for my son when he was 8 years old when we chose to sell our house and simplify to apartment life while I was in graduate school. It had the oxygenator that pulled water from the tank and poured it back in from the side like a waterfall - nonstop, 24 hrs a day. After 4 years of that never-ending sound of running water I felt like the character in Edgar Allan Poe's "The Telltale Heart" or Jack Nicholson in The Shining. There was nowhere in that 3 bedroom apartment you could go to escape the sound. I remember having to control myself from hysterical laughter at the joy of shutting the tank down and selling the whole setup at a garage sale when the last fish finally passed away (my son didn't want to start over with new ones). To this day the sound of running water causes my blood pressure and anxiety level to rise and I am filled with an insuppressible urge for it to stop as soon as possible. Thank you for your incredibly disturbing and unsettling torture video - I hope you're happy!! Lol

Gorgeous scenery. Reminds me when I was a kid . My parents, uncle, aunt and cousin's used to go to the rivers. Some were slightly 3 ft. Funny thing our parents didn't warn us of snakes. Peaceful blessings. Careless free.

I used this sound to help me do school work but I also watched it for a bit and it reminded me of being back home! I am originally from Washington state but I live in the south now but I go back to visit about twice a year and I cant this year because of covid so I am happy to watch this as it reminds me of Washingtons nature!!

Glacier melts in a such a way it create a sound, rythem, music continues travel flow hundreds of kilometres and doesn't stop for a while. I wish i could dabble onto it and feel the cold breeze which could touch my soul physically. "self-talk".

I sleep so much better now. I love the rippling water sounds. So relaxing. Thank you

I wish I could be sitting comfortably in the shade of a large tree by a river like this one on a warm day with a cool breeze, no sound of cars passing, no hint of the business of mankind anywhere to be found. Instead I’m laying in bed on a frigid Canadian February evening feeling sorry for myself 🤷🏻‍♂️

I usely wake up very early so after freshing up I begin my day with this sound.

For me, nature is the best medicine for health

The Perfect Campsite! I and 3 other women hiked and camped along Aravaipa ( Apache land) it was a beautiful water hike through streams and forests of cottonwood trees and only saw 4 people in 3 days. SOLITUDE 💦💧

No sarcasm at all. You are literally saving lives by making this content. Been going through a shitshow and I was about to laps back into self harming. My last resort was to see if I could find a video to calm me down. Luckily I saw this one and gave it a listen. It's helping so much to be able to use some headphones and just lay back thinking about all the good memories of being near streams, rivers, lakes and waterfalls. It's such a grounding sound plus since right now it's not safe to be outside for very long it's also helping take my mind away from the lack of time in nature. Thank you, blessed witchy wishes.
