5-Step Process:
1. Intermittent fasting (will increase testosterone by 400%)

    Totally agree with the information mentioned in the video. A few years back when I was engaged in an unhealthy lifestyle including unhealthy diet and being sedentary, I was so weak. However, since me and my wife switched to healthy living practices, we are now full of energy and barely get sick. We do yoga (the basic ones) every morning along with our daughter who loves it, too.

Forgiveness is always good for everyone no matter the worldview obviously, but it's so much deeper and truer with Christ as your foundation So thanks for being real honest and bold by saying that factor :) Thumbs up!

    I hit subscribe when Doctor mentioned about mental/spirituality wellbeing. a lot of people or trainers or doctors misregard and ignore this, but for some, health issues or simply weight issues whether under or overweight, is actually rooted and caused by mental/spiritual. people turn to food for MENTAL comfort often. Not PHYSICAL comfort. e.g. at first i thought doing yoga or meditation is so stupid since cmon how can u be "healthy" by just sitting down and closing your eyes. but dang the level of peace gained is crazy. Call it hyperbole or bogus or only a fake effect. But if it triggeres our mental or brain in a way to a positive manner, then its a gain. simple.

    SunnyCalifornia123 I'll tell you what my Endocrinologist told me and what I've physically seen on my blood test...you must take "reacted iron 29mg" per day every single day. It's a slow process to help the body recover and takes months to do but week by week you get better, stronger, and hair will stop falling out and anemia will stop. Every-single day.

    SunnyCalifornia123 ps: "reacted iron" only needs to be taken ONE time daily no more no less. It's the least constipating and the most gentle. Ortho Molecular on Amazon is what I use. Find it on Amazon. Take Magnesium chelate 250mg-2000mg whatever helps if you get any constipation but magnesium is something that should be taken daily anyhow. Hope this helps ASAP for you. Ian Leahy we did a cell protect in 7th grade where you make an animal cell and a plant cell to show the differences. Phytoestrogens are not interchangeable with animal (human) hormone levels on that scale. Like how people think soy milk will turn you into a woman lol. Doesn’t work like that

    +TheObserver You can eat one huge meal for all that matter. The crucial point about intermittent fasting, which Dr. Axe apparently considered goes without saying is this: do not consume any food that has any number of calories for 6 to 8 hours upon waking up. That's why he said have just lunch, he assumed most people wake up between like 7AM and 10AM lets say, add 6 to 8 hours to that, and it's either a lunch time or like an early supper time. But breakfast is most often skipped, for the reasons I explained, least you get up at let's say Midnight. It has to with your HGH cycle, which will decrease drastically if you eat food in 6-8 hours upon waking, and several beneficial processes that occur on the cellular level ( like the autophagy for example ) will be halted as well. Also it has to do with the testosterone cycle like he mentioned, and also fat burn .

    Is not ALL about testosterone, the ANDROGEN RECEPTORS are affected in many men nowadays cause too many ejaculations, men are sexually exhausted, it does not matter if you increase your testosterone level if your receptors are fried. Go in abstinence (no PMO) some months and you will see the diference.

    209tammy What about calcium?

  • @AxCYeR

    @AxCYeR

    9 жыл бұрын

    Don't do it. As your Vitamin D3 levels are coming up and alive, the calcium absorption in your intestines will get much better. When supplementing Vitamin D3, especially when taken in high doses, make sure to get good amounts of Magnesium and Vitamin K2-MK7 in as well. Just taking D3 in huge doses without caring about anything else is not the right way and could even be harmful to your health.

  • @SMERSH009X

    @SMERSH009X

    +209tammy from what I've read the safest way to supplement D3 is to also do magnesium calcium and K2-Mk7. I take Vitamin D3, K2 and calcium in mornings and Magnesium (and Zinc) in the evenings. Mercola writes about this as well

  • @AxCYeR

    @AxCYeR

    8 жыл бұрын

    Absolutely not. You should not be taking additional Calcium when supplementing Vitamin D3, because the D3 will already improve the intestinal absorption of Calcium naturally anyway. What you need is lots of Magnesium to make up for a possible overload of Calcium in your blood. Also, you should not be taking Zinc and Magnesium at the same time. Leave out the Calcium and rather focus on Calcium-rich foods, take the Zinc in the morning and Magnesium throughout the day and before you go to bed. Everything else is neither intelligent nor safe.
