Good stuff. I just found your programs the other day. Glad I did. A question. Baked potato's, a high quality carb, go so well with steak or chicken, both high quality proteins. But all I have is a microwave at present, no full kitchen. And though eggs are great, and are also high quality protein, somehow hardboiled eggs and baked potato's together just don't do it for me. I just don't have ready access to a stove top, an oven or an outdoor grill, all great ways to cook steak or chicken. Do you know if steak or chicken, maybe also fish like salmon filets, can somehow be cooked and made to be delicious, using only a microwave? If so, how, and what type of steak especially, but fish too? I assume it would be chicken breast filets, but what type of steak and fish? Thanks.

Mark is the second person I have heard about Brazil nuts from, and I can attest to their benefit, although I was told you should eat 3 - 6 of them daily. For the past month, I've eaten 3 in the AM, and 3 in the PM, and I have seen improvement in my body producing testosterone. How can I tell? Well, fellas, think about it for a minute: you have a certain body part that will definitely let you know when your T levels are up! After a few weeks of B-nuts and daily greens, my T levels were not the only thing that were up more than ever before! Feels great to have that boost at 50!

Eggs are good scrabbled or boiled. Potatoes are not good for senior citizens. The doctor will tell you to eat sweet potatoes. Which are better for seniors. Greens are excellent food. Just steam them up and add seasoning and butter. And Brazil nuts are good. If it's big size only eat one , if they are small, eat two . This is all for senior males . Don't over do things .

Bad advice regarding potatoes. Potatoes have a HIGH glycaemic index (they cause a rapid increase in blood sugar levels). A cup of potato can affect your blood sugar in the same way a can of soda does. The index rating of potatoes is in the high range. The high range is between 70-100 in the index. Thus: Boiled potato: 82 Instant mashed potatoes: 87 French fries 73 You can lower the GI by eating fat with the potatoes so that it slows down digestion but it's better to replace potatoes with sweet potatoes

Concerns about testosterone? See a physician. Do not self-medicate. Your body self-regulates. You pump extra testosterone in, internal system produces less. And if you have prostate issues, testosterone fuels these - gasoline on a fire. See a physician, get testosterone levels checked via lab work, along with PSA. Annually. Lose weight, exercise more.

Bah! Potato is high carb. My diet is low carb. I am not wasting my day's allotment of cabrs on one potato. If I were ever to eat a potato it would be the skins, and thats about it. That's were all the good minerals are at anyway.

You have beclowned yourself by claiming that potatoes have a low glycemic index. Potatoes actually have a very high glycemic index, even higher than sugar itself. If you cook the potato and cool it, that reduces the glycemic index a bit but it's still very high. Did you even bother to do the very most basic research on what your your talking about?

i would include fats as a fourth food and not potatoes...fyi potatoes belong to the nigh shade family and create inflamation etc.... i would give 4 food GROUPS..1. fats found in fish, nuts and seeds, avocado...2. vegetable specifically cruciferous..3. fruits...those high in polyphenols, 4. nuts and seeds , i.e pumpkin seeds, ......i can give more of a critique of your talk but im busy...however if you do research on selenium i.e. i would strongly suggest you do research on nuking your food with a microwave oven... irrefutable science evidence tells you it destroys the vitamin, mineral benefits so DONT MICROWAVE YOUR FOOD....do your research so you dont mislead...your followers and discredit yourself as a health speaker/coach/consultant because health experts know not to microwave your food....next; your greensupplement looks interesting to check out.....

There is no such thing as dietairy cholesterol. Because that is not how our body works. Our body itself makes huge amounts of cholesterol. The cell wall of every cell in your body (you have trillions of them) is made out of cholesterol. Google it. You see, everything we eat is broken down into very small fragments that can pass the intestine wall. Proteins for example are broken down into amino acids. These amio acids pass the intestine wall and inside the body they are used to build big complex proteins. What is true is that eggs provide 19.of the 20 amino acids so you are doing your body a big favour in providing a lot of the building blocks needed.
