Those are nations of solid cooperation concept following the rule "the bigger you are the more powerful" Those are the states of a common target in area of the military safety. NATO is mostly a defensive organization. There is no friendship between nations of the world but a deep hatred does exist. The question is not "do you have a friend nations?" but rather "how many nations - enemies you have?". Not the potential ones - the real.

Abu Timur What about those conflicts? All were screwed up before we stepped in and we ended those conflicts and we don't control or claim them as our territory, like Russia does. Most of the problems in those countries was a proxy war by Russia. Russia is lying by saying NATO and the west wants to invade Russia. That is just a twisted lie. The truth is Russia is the aggressor and that is why the west and NATO have Russia surrounded. We have to keep the bear in it's cage.

What I've learnt from watching this and reading comments: This military is powerful, I'm not going to be ignorant. But Russia would wipe out NATO. At least in Europe. I think if a war started, Russia could take Europe up to Spain and the English Channel, but nothing else until China declares war and they are confident. Let's not forget the U.S are there to fully support NATO with arms and money. And to all those people who are adding up death counts of Fascism, Communism etc. Why don't you take a look at Capitalism's history and it's spreading power, Colonialism and Imperialism. Total death count of all 3 = 1.6 BILLION Communism = 148 million Fascism = about 40-60 million. LOL, the video is awesome, but the video title is idiotic. Russia and China tagged together with rogue nations like North Korea? First of all I am not mainland Chinese, nor and I Russian (obviously), but I have to say they deserve a little more respect and recognition. Why would NATO even dare to touch either of these giants? NATO would probably prefer to be in good terms with them. I guess people are forgetting countries like China hold a huge chunk of the government debts that the NATO nations has accumulated. Big wars have tended to start by mistake, with one coalition thinking 'We'll just do this, we have our good reasons and *they* won't *dare* to get involved over such a thing'. I think the situation with China and Japan could be one such thing. I do think China has a cool head over such matters though and I'm not overly worried [more worried about the US]. Also, regarding China's US bond holdings and the idea of gratitude lol. China didn't buy those bonds out of generosity, the world's reserve currency [Dollar] was the natural place [possibly the only place] to put trillions in trading gains. That situation is changing now and we are seeing China trying to diversify out of the Dollar as much as they are able [Euros... n gold n oil n other hard assets].

И если первый день русские слали только ноты протеста, то после нападения на наших миротворцев, всех быстро поставили на свои места. Joseph E Johnston I'm not against my country and definitely not the soldiers but I mean come on in the middle east we are just making more and more people mad when we try to kill people that are just involved with harboring terrorist equipment like rifles and RPG's and hurt their families when they aren't even terrorists and then when we come and try to negotiate with those people we find that they were paid to simply hide weapons and are willing to do so for money for their family. Neither person is at fault, but the fucking extremists that are poisoning their own land with death and sadness it is just depressing that neither NATO or civilians in the middle east can do anything but try to gain eachothers trust to hopefully end all this crap.

Here is what I have on this, having served in the Middle East it was pretty shitty and I honestly cannot tell you why we decided to keep troops there. The only real reason I ever found was that its because we went into the countries and completely destroyed their infrastructure. For those that would argue oil, look it up, we barely get any from Iraq let alone the Middle East. Plain and simple we did something stupid and destroyed all the supports keeping the land in one piece. Now I don't hate America, as I am American however its hard to justify our role in a lot of things around the world. However anytime a country is in sever need of aid and trouble most of those countries come to the US for help or expect that we come to their aid. Take Haiti for example, not our country or our problem but if we never stepped in people would complain one way or another about our actions. As for living in peace and everyone being friends? That will never happen. Human beings are given the freedom of choice and its for that reason there are different ideologies in the world. Due to these Ideologies there will always be conflict. Anyhow at the most basic nature of being human we love and embrace conflict. So unless everyone becomes mindless and loses the will of free thought there will never be a "true" peace.

Russia vs. USA, wait is that the Russians who lost the Cold war and were they part of that soviet union that collapsed? Ohh and isn't that the country who's 15-20 years behind America in military tech? And aren't they the ones who are struggling just to keep their economy a float after the soviet union collapsed? Damn Russia, America is so afraid of you guys. Plus, America didn't lose in Vietnam, they forced the NVA to sign a peace treaty and withdrew and when the NVA saw America was clear, they attacked and South Vietnam lost. MrYazza29 the number of the soldiers is not so interesting in 21th century. we have no sword fight now. we are talking about how great economical power has sides and in this case Nato countries are undisputable, not only china and russia, whole rest of the world altogether has less economy. plus NATO has allies like australia, new zealand, south korea, Japan, north africa and developed arab countries. south america africa will never go against the west. and what about islamic asia? afganistan and pakistan are official allies of NATO. also india has its own interests but it will be by our side if something happens. we are developing good economical relations with China to get rid off the future conflict. for china, it will have not any kind of benefit to have any kind of conflict with the west, and as we know it, this is the nation of calculations and not ideals. china will not do something if it has more lost, than benefit. so Russia is alone and only depended on its brutal power.

Если США перестанет импортировать из Китая, то наступит коллапс вашей экономики, т.к. сами вы уже практически ничего не производите, кроме печатания денег. C. ***** I really didn't want to get involved on one side or another, but I seriously have to comment. Your knowledge of economics, especially in the global sense, is seriously naive and unsophisticated. Just think about what you are saying. You are saying that if one giant manufacturer and consumer gets crippled, that is, it's manufacturing and consumption goes way down, it's beneficial for others. In the short run, who knows what can happen, most likely a series of market crashes and bank runs. However, for sure in the long run, this only harms the total manufacturing power of the world, it cannot be good for anyone because it means there are less goods available to consume. You should expect prices of simple goods to go way up. (Just to entertain your notions, I'll say that somehow, US opens up hundreds of thousands of jobs, no, millions, no, tens of millions (that's a significant portion of the total US pop. and will pretty much eliminate US unemployment), this is nowhere near enough to replace the hundreds of millions of chinese workers that were producing those goods prior. Even if what you say happens, which it won't, we'll just see a replay of China's ridiculous 12 - 15% annual growth because the world would once again flood it's cheap labour market due to it's currency value plummeting. One of the core notions in economics which you fail to grasp is that production is equal to consumption, and that things always find their equilibrium in time. China's economy will rise to 1st place simply because it's got the land size of the US but trice the population. Naturally it should have a higher GDP. You can't stop that economy by putting in place a few random policies in the US, that's just naive and ridiculous.

Иван Плюхин а то что запас хода и маневренность больше даже у наших древних самолетов - не в счет? Только у F35 небольшое преимущество - зависание в воздухе. Усе. Кстати КПД F35 - так же - никакое. А наши... там где испытание, там и принятие на вооружение. :) Сложностей не вижу ибо самолеты Сухого и МиГ всегда всех поражали на повал. Если вы не помните то от Американских F-117 спасала именно наша система радиолокации. И именно из-за них F-117 прошедший долгий путь от тестов до вылетов - служил не долго, а вылеты были редкими... Раптор (f22) кстати, скопипастили именно с Мига, внеся в него улучшения.

Давайте-ка только без этой ура-бравады и понтов. ВС НАТО на текущий момент, самые хорошо оснащенные и многочисленные. В них служат опытные офицеры и солдаты, закаленные во всех локальных конфликтах последних лет. Врага не нужно боятся. Не нужно любить или не любить. Но уважать надо. И в ВС РФ, Китая, Белорусии, Казахстана это знают. Именно поэтому делают все шаги, чтобы создать противовес. Мы не боимся их. Но мы их уважаем.

Это потому, брат мой, тебя не напугало, потому что ты по компу смотришь и войны как таковой не видовал. Я за свою жизнь видел 3 войны, 2 из них в возрасте 5-7 лет. Незнаю что ты об этом думаешь, но даже бравые солдаты, когда впервые видят как их братьям отрывает головы и во все стороны летят мозги начинает срать огромными кучами. Но все же когда воюешь, духовно готов к смерти, чего не скажешь про мирных жителей. Когда солдаты вошедшие в твой город, деревню (причем не важно свои или чужие, все одинаковые у всех приказ) после всего зверства им повиданого зверь просыпается в них и они начинают насиловать женщин, гладить людей утюгами вымогая все дорогое что есть в доме. Врываются с автоматами. Порой по пьянке растреливают людей ради развлекухи. Так что ничего хорошего в этом нет. Представь себе картину как тебе в лоб автоматом тыкает неадекватный чел, а ты ничего ему не можешь сделать. Посмотрим как ты тогда срать начнешь. Не надо тут вести разговоры "мы америку порубим, борща наварим" Херня это все, брат. В войне победивших нет. Будут жертвы со всех сторон и может тебя привезут твоей матушке грузом 200.

Это с какого вдруг они победители? Они до последнего ждали кто в войне будет побеждать,смотрели на чью сторону переметнуться - вот поэтому так долго второй фронт и не открывали...!
