I think our defense is much stronger now we needed a fresh head in the camp and Nathan jones seems to know what he’s doing the lads look happier I think Ralph lost the dressing room with the same training over and over. We’ve got a lot of youngsters at the back which will get better in my opinion. I notice Nathan is out there training with the players which I never really saw with Ralph 👍

The gaffer should rely really on experienced players first and foremost and get the better of the youths. Mixing both of them would reap its fruits at the end.

If NJ took training sessions like this then I'm genuinely surprised that he lasted as long as he did 🤣. Honestly, this video should have been a warning sign to the club.

Perfect for Nathan Jones’ local Blaenrhondda school’s under twelve’s reserves team. Embarrassing doesn’t even begin to describe the muppet at an EPL team.
Comes across as enthusiastic, but so far, results have been poor. Now, after the defeat against Forest today (at home), we are looking very doomed.

Doesn’t look like the lads are responding to him well at all from this, think the increased social media activity / tactics is a desperate act to try and get everyone on side with him. Just isn’t happening unfortunately…

Well, if he makes the players uncomfortable, great. They need a kick, they need to be irritated. All been too comfortable. Basically he wants to get them enjoying themselves and, if he can't see that, he will tell them. These guys have forgotten how to enjoy themselves. Breath of fresh air hopefully. I hope the players are receptive. If they aren't then they are the problem. Have to be willing to respect a manager and be willing to learn.
