    i was an alto and i got in a fight at school my teacher moved me to. a soprano and i told her over and over i couldn’t go that high but she didn’t care, it ruined my voice

    Honestly, most women are sopranos. Learning how to balance the chest and head voice is key! Not saying you aren’t an alto (I don’t know your voice) but most altos can sing higher notes too!

    I wish could get voice lessons...I was always so scared singing in front of my musical theatre teacher. Never stayed in choir because my learning disability made it hard and my parents literally never forced me to stay committed to anything. Wish I stuck with it!

    Obed Poto-Poto hey. learning disabilities include adhd, dyslexia, anxiety, etc. those are normal things people go through. it’s not a thing to make fun of people for bc i’m betting at least 1 of your friends or 1 family member may have some type of disability so don’t be rude abt it.

    2:15 ...ugh gurl held those notes!! Just singing her face off and killing it the whole time! Natalie is the best teacher ever, she makes me think about the importance of singing every note with meaning and where each part of the voice comes from for each phrase/run. Absolutely makes you realise how much is actually involved in delivering breathtaking vocals, not just singing a song and hitting the notes. 💯
