Wow you stay in kolkata! Which area of kolkata. I too stay in kolkata . I bought 8 nasturtium saplings this time but all died except 2. I think due to overwatering. Their stem became yellow from the base.

i live in santragachi, yes dont overwater at all

Mine is in partial shade. Growing more than 7 feet and branching, but not at all flowering. Is there any specific flowering season? Can i trim down ?

They flower more in full sun, you can trim,, add some flower enhancers

Would they survive the tropical heat and humidity in lowland SEA?

You can search in garden centers, or online

I grow them everywhere. They need poor soil. I never fertilize. I just grow them.
