Nashville Hot Chicken & Taters from Mary Brown's
Ойын-сауық
We don't have any Nashville Hot Chicken in Japan so I was on the lookout for it during my latest trip to Canada. And I found some at a Canadian chain called Mary Brown's. Have you ever tried it?

I like this Rootbeer you can only find in Vermont, it´s called Rookies, and you can add a splash of Espresso and they call it ¨the dark side¨ they recently (before the pandemic) sold an orange cream flavored Soda (we call it soda here where im from) I love Rookies because you can get it only one other place outside of Vermont, and its at the Big E fair in the Vermont house. I watch alot of hockey (maybe to much if im honest) and ive never heard of MBs before....to be fair im not much into the Nashville chicken, but if its not to spicy i might like it. but id like some tomatoes and lettuce on it. I like to eat take out sushi or bento at my local japanese Market, its always nice to get ¨good cheap¨ sushi.

Mary Browns pressure cooks the moisture into their chicken before deep frying. I usually get the Big Mary.... comparable to the Big Crunch at KFC. Every Monday it's 50% off and in the meal. The taters are super bomb.. mmmm! KFC is pretty crappy near where I live... Heather xo

Hires was the best Root Beer but sadly it is no longer readily available. A&W is great at the actual restaurant but not so much in a can or bottle. Mug is acceptable but I prefer to avoid high fructose corn syrup and go for cane sugar root beer. I'm not much of a soda drinker but an occasional ice cold root beer is a treat.

Like KFC, but way better. Would even say they’re better than Popeyes. Love Mary Brown’s taters. The Nashville hot taters are really good. Surprised there was no pickle on top of the sandwich. That’s their trademark with all flavours of the Big Mary sandwich. Love Mary Brown’s chicken, so juicy and tender. Yummm!! 😃😎

Oh yeah? Well, I might agree to the point where it is as good as Popeye's ---I did try one while I was there and it was pretty dang good👍
Mary Browns has the best chicken. But A&W has the best Nashville Hot chicken SAUCE. A&W hot sauce with Mary’s chicken would be perfect.

The regular chicken sando The Big Mary is great, in the chicken sabdwich wars I put it way up on the list. Also you can get the Big Mary with spicy mayo. Oh really? Well, when I asked the staff they were kinda clueless to be honest... Glad I found Mary's sandwich👍
hey Critical nice too see you in my neck of the woods ( Nova Scotia ) again since the days of you doing a video on Donair. the one thing i can say is KFC use to be a great chicken place but somewhere back in 2015 time frame they changed their chicken it had the same taste but i find the portion of the chicken size greatly reduced like they changed how they did chicken here for some reason and it seems like they have hardly any meat too them the pieces of chicken in a bucket is so small i refuse to eat from there anymore cause to me it's not worth it. Mary's is more expensive but their chicken is the size of how KFC did chicken back in the day before the changes. next time i recommend trying a 3 piece or 4 piece chicken with the small taters/wedges or fries with a can of soda ( which is what i buy ) goes around $14 anything more then that your looking to pay alot of money for the chicken which i think is not worth it.

I disagree last time I went to KFC I got a 4 piece dinner. The chicken was smaller then a chicken wing. I will never go to KFC again. Mary Browns is No.1 hands down. Popeyes No.2. You can say what you want about the price at Mary Browns. But every were every thing is going up. Their is no way I will be cheap and buy garbage. Mary Browns the best for quality. Hands down.
