We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

I dont think its about killing the bacteria... its more of just rinsing the chicken off because like anything you buy and cook in or eat off of you more than likely rinse it out, right? If you buy new cups or plates... you rinse them out or run them in your dish washer first... Or if you buy veggies you rinse it off... and about the spreading bacteria... its not hard to put your raw meat into a strainer and run cold water over it... I would assume people of color do this more often then people not of color because we are more paranoid and scared of the unknowns. Honestly you can never be to safe. Also after asking my Great Grandmother why she washes her chicken she said ''well back in the day where people of color would shop the butchers would give them the worst quality cuts and even the older meat''. So you'd better do everything you could to ensure the best possibility of not getting sick. Also its not hard to wash your sink out afterwards. But hey this is just MY OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And My Grandma's Opinion... Just spreading my thoughts. Not meant to offend anyone or upset anyone... Good day!

did fried chicken couple of days agoo and i marinated with honey, paprika, salt, peppar and spicy siracha sauce; i also used a mix of panco (?) and flour and some baking powder + some spices that i dipped in it, the baking powder makes it even crunchier and the mix of panco and flour is just even better. So my recommendation is to try using whatever you want because everyone has different taste and not to be afraid to experiment :P.

My parents were chefs and washing poultry was often necessary because of open animals butcher shops where they're from which could mean literal dirt and contaminants visible on the meat. They still do that today even with meat they buy packaged although they use a separate sink they decontaminate. If done properly with good reason there's nothing wrong with washing chicken.
