Not to mention the graphics stayed THE EXACT SAME all the way to Connections. 15 YEARS, TWO console generations later and not a SINGLE change in graphics, aside from the higher resolution, more detailed VFX (which were unneeded, tbh), and battle damage during gameplay in 4. Seriously, the Storm games have always been and looked the best in the licensed anime games genre as a whole, but wow, after 15 years and two generations of consoles you'd expect a bit of an update visually. Especially considering every Storm game was much SIMPLER than 1, and I'm not even talking about that absolute sadness of a disgrace that is Connections. Full price, FULL PRICE for the billionth Storm recycling, just with a few more characters and 60fps (which should've already been reached by 4 on consoles and was unacceptable that it didn't, keeping the 30fps and removing the blur just made 4 and the "remasters" look WORSE than the previous/og games in my opinion). Seriously, Naruto needs to get back on track with the quality of its games, because this is giving me signs of Dragon Ball's PS3 era, and everyone who lived that era as a DB fan knows what I'm talking about.

Tf it looks fine, the artstyle didn’t need to change much. And the gameplay is still really freaking good. Besides the details were so fucking small that no one noticed them. It’s something that’s NICE to have but not an end all be all.

the ultimate jutsu from naruto awekened in storm 1 has more animations and quality than all the animations from storm 2 to storm 4. The moment they focused the game to be more arcade and onlie focused we lost a lot

They took away wall fighting, took away jutsu clashing, took away Awakening ultimates, took away longer ultimates that can be stopped + more. They took away all that just to make the game faster which is why most of the storm games after Generations look and play very identical to the point that a lot of people dont feel like they're new games anymore.

It’s insane how much more visually appealing and consistent the graphics are in this game compared to the sequels. The lighting is beautiful and it’s crazy how this was the only 60fps Storm game until connections despite being on the oldest hardware

Never played Storm 1 before and i realize that Storm 1 still relatively close to Ultimate Ninja series from PS2 era except they make it 3D instead of usual 2.5D. You can see that they still make the game with heart with how they still implement Ultimate Ninja mechanics to Storm 1 (jutsu clash, cancelling ultimate jutsu, ultimate jutsu post awaken) i even watch one video that showing they can fight on the wall, that really show how dedicated they are at making people entertained with their game, sadly the game turned into shitty cashgrab now.

For me Storm 1 will remain the most Unique one from the series and the closest to the anime itself because of the very dynamic gameplay features, my reasons: Intro of characters before the encounter, unique jutsus that didn't came back to the other Storm games, longer and diverse movesets for almost any character, Awakenings in Storm 1 have also Ultimate Jutsus, Jutsus Clashes and Wall Fighting... and I can go on and on to state it why Storm 1 gameplay was the most unique one from the Storm Series, just try to Imagine Storm 4 gameplay with Storm 1 gameplay features, In my opinion that will be the Perfect Storm game. The First Storm game has the most Unique gameplay features perspective and the particular presentation of the game was so ahead of it's time in my opinion, the only downside of the first Storm game was the very lacking Story Mode Interactions, and from Storm 3 the developers cut and shortned the movesets of characters, that's why I don't agree with their choices. (By the way, my favourite Storm games and I will put them in my personal order will be: 1.Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 1 and Generations. (these have my favourite vibe and charm of the anime itself because of the dynamic gameplay features) 2. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2( for the unique Story and some Unique Boss Battles and let's not forget that Iconic "Calm Before the Storm" OST from the Characters Selection Screen and many more diverse soundtracks) 3. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst (Because of the more well-rounded diverse Story Perspective and very epic Boss Battles and also the soundtrack "Outside Konoha" and others soundtracks as well) 4. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 (mostly because of the unique option to change/switch between your characters team during the fight, this particular option mechanics should've been already in the game from the very first Storm game in my opinion) 5. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution (because of the abused and annoying Counter mechanic) 🤷🏻‍♂️

100% this whole game and getting storm master achievement is is pretty rough….. it’s super easy but so time consuming and boring they could have done the part 1 story so much better u have to beat every mission twice for 3 stars and you have too fight gamabunta and Shukaku like 3 different missions and there’s no other boss fights besides those and Manda and it’s the same fight for all 3 pretty much. And it disappoints me because I love part 1 but I still beat the whole game and I love the free battle features in this game the mashes and ultimate jutsu and wall fights and how u can play as awakened guy, Lee, Naruto, sasuke, and kimimaro. One other thing is why can’t storm add Kurenai, Anko , and specifically Shizune too the games they can easily be made into characters

The Baryon mode rasengan is so underwhelming in the anime and game. What would've been hype is if he used lava and wind style together to make some sort of Kekkei Genkai Storm Rasengan with a vortex and lightning effects around it.
