That some of these groups have never had combined attacks in the series and still have an ult but the 5 kage who actually who even had a combined attack don’t have an ult is actually insane

So, it has to do with how Japan handles characters and voice work when a VA dies. Tomoyuki Dan, the VA for Kisame Hoshigaki, died October 10, 2013. For the most part, if a VA dies, the character(s) associated with them will usually NOT get a recasting if said character(s) have finished their arc/died. Kisame dies in episode 251 of Naruto: Shippuden, which aired February 23, 2012. So at that point, Kisame wouldn't get recast since his arc was finished. All that to say this: We might not ever get a *modern* combination ultimate with Itachi/Kisame since Kisame's VA died. There is technically more to it than what I put, so I'd recommend looking it up for yourself to get a more detailed explanation. I hope this helped out. Also, if you want to see what a combination ultimate would be for those two, look up "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 5 - All Team Jutsus & Team Ultimate Jutsus (4K)" on KZread at the 2 minute mark.

Is ninja storm connection good or ninja storm 4?

I love how each Ultimate Team Jutsu was performed in order of the story arcs - Pre-Naruto, Naruto, Shippuden, Boruto. Hopefully with the DLC being released overtime, they add more Ultimate Team Justu for many other characters.

Yeah added like 5 new ones and only 10 new characters. Not even the new ones that are literally fights in the special story are playable, and are leaked dlc. This game is a cashgrab lmao
