Your designs just get better and better. Love the light weight designs esp. At some point yourplanes will be so detailed you could add panel lines and weathering to the paint. These are works of art in foam!

Do you mean aerodynamic ? There is a software based on Xfoil, XFLR5 gnu license too. If you like theory you should appreciate. It is particularly well suited for rc models, it's easy to compare different profiles on a same geometry, or change scale, Reynolds+/- ...

I gotta say that you are probably the best and most precise depron airplane builder but I see that your little li-pol battery is slightly swollen. You know it's really bad for the battery when you fly till it's dead? You should avoid flying your plane and ending up with less than 7,4V per 2S li-pol (talking about regular non HV li-po) :) try buying some light-weight li-po battery buzzers that indicate that the voltage is getting low (they need to be set under 3,7V for a cell, I set mine from 3,4 to 3,6V, depends on how quick I fly my planes)

Have you ever thought of building freestyle indoor 3D airplane? Just depron+carbon flat profile airplane. I think that the motors and batteries you are using could do really nice in a slow 3D airplane.

I've donwloaded the plans and I have a suggestion for you. In the A3 pdf file, you should add a ruler with the scale for reference (a 10 cm ruler). This would allow to confirm after printing that the scale is correct.

I have a question, do you thin down your polymer glue somehow? I'm using polymer glue as well but it seems a lot thicker. I love the build, I haven't seen anybody try to design Hayate in depron and it's one of my favourite planes

No, the Nakajima ki-84 has been made in 1943, the Zero in 1940. Have a look at the wikipedia and see the drawings.
