This is the first time I use a powerful EDF unit. I'm so happy because now I can build any EDF jet models without worrying about the power. With the static thrust of 2.7 kg it will be easy to fly my scale build depron/ polyfoam jet that usually around 2kg flying weight. Like this F-16 is surprisingly just weight about 1900 gram, just a bit below 2kg. F-16 is a bit tricky because the landing gear are tend to obstruct the airflow to the fan, but still with less efficient power, it can shoot the jet to the air. I have problem on the angle of incidence of the horizontal stabilizer. On first and second flight I had to hold the elevator up all the time just to maintain level flight, the nose keep pitching down. I already revised it on third flight but unfortunately there was another accident, the elevon servo cables sucked and cut off by the fan blades, resulting the loss of pitch control and it crashed.

It did fly, hope you find time to build it once more! I'm still waiting for the next 747-400 episode!
Legit engineering skills right there, the kinds of things I wish I could build as a kid. How fun.
This was glorious! I was glued to the screen through the whole video. What a tragic end for such an amazing build! Absolute talent! And very inspiring I think I might give this build a try! I’ve been wanting to fly a jet in fpv!
Really Jules, this is my favorite plane, because it looks great and has a great lift to weight ratio. From micro’s to 1/5 Skymaster and they all fly the same. Glad to see no flying Stabillators, makes for more precise pitch control. You Sir are in a class beyond us! Spectacular to say the least!!!
Been waiting for this for a such a long time . Good to see it finally released. Thank you very very much
Amazing replication of one of the most difficult rc models to build. Great F16 project. Next you should do a JF17 Thunder model !
Always amazing to watch a master designer and builder. The nature of our hobby is sometimes there are failures but believe me when I say, your creations are remarkable. Jim

Brilliant work as always! :D The editing style of weaving between the events of the flight tests and the different steps of the build was very clever, more like a professional TV documentary! I am amazed at how good the finished F-16 looked, and while it is infuriating that it crashed from a cut cable, it is good to know that there was no inherent fault in the design. Did the EDF unit and the other elctronics survive the final impact?

Wow so beautiful work but I feel so sad about your crash. So much work and such a beautiful plane. I stopped counting the same that happened to me because of electronic part malfunctions, sometime intermittent, so harder to find. Now I triple check and test everything and I don't trust anymore BEC on ESC or plastic gear servos on expensive planes. Many thanks for sharing.
Soo cool model
There isonly one word AMAZING brother
17:14 - That's when you expect to see a pilot ejecting.
Julius, the plane looks amazing, again you went to the top of craftsmanship. A lot of details, would you take and advise? Next one don't install all the tanks and missiles, just try the plane and see how it behave. Again the plane looks awesome 👌. Looking forward to see the big ass jumbo on the air.
Circle of life with model flight , build , fly , crash, build ... with age the process becomes more of a challenge. It was an awesome build a real beauty... so guess it's time to build another. I have built several of my pet project ...all have been destroyed so I work on fixing the problem ... but this time I shall let a younger pilot have the stick... take care and keep us inspired with your awesome models .
You share an amazing masterpiece with us! Thanks a lot!!!! Thumbs up 👍!!!!

Another amazing build from the master craftsman, sorry to see it crash after all that work but I look at it this way too , when it happens and it is moderately or severely damaged, it immediately opens the door to learning and experimentation with different techniques and to see where things can be improved. I'm not far off finishing my build of your Cherokee design and can't wait to fly it. Looking forward to your next project and curious to see how that immense 747 is coming along. Cheers mate

I'm watching you the way you make this model a hell of a lot of work went in to this plane sorry for that crash it must have been deverstaing all the hard work your brain must be very advanced to build project like this I wish I could do something like this your a very clever guy. I'm in proses building f22with cardboard I got plans on phone no mesherments so I had treble up and do it by eye had one mesherments of wing span I'm 73yr old it good to see clever people like your self. I wouldn't even think of building something like what you did great stuff it was very interesting watching your video
i'm very happy to see your creation was perfect i'm from brazil i love to watch your videos i'm now making af 16 based on your project i've seen and rewatched the video several times and in my opinion i think it was because of a tilt in the position of the air outlet duct the reason for the fall of the beautiful plane you made congratulations on your videos

I will try my best to establish your country because I need a course in the field of design.
