I have crippling depression and every single time I can feel it coming on, I put this on repeat. Not to be all unnecessarily deep and intense, but I'm certain this song has saved my life.

music is a form of medicine. it can change our moods. it can create stress or relieve it. it can create energy within us as well as ease us into deep sleep. listen to your body. it is connected to your mind. recognize your intuitiveness. and never under estimate the power of positive thinking.

My 18 month old son first heard this song when he was about 6-7 months old. He barely learned how to use our Xbox controller and I guess he recognizes the thumbnail to this video and he will select it every time KZread is up on the screen and get up and dance. It is the only thing he gives his full attention to. I think he can feel the wonderful energy all the beautiful people give off. Thank you Nahko! Thank you for your beautiful music. My son's innocent and pure soul can sense the love in your tunes :) we are all grateful.

kids like that at less than a year usually are genius's. like my mom and my first daughter. both beyond brilliant reacted to music as a focused older person at 7 8 moths old dancing! my other daughter normal baby shit and walked at 11 months maybe. Keelinn was walking and dancing at 7 and half months and shaking her head yes or no. babies dont comprehend that but she did. she used to change her own diaper and then come show and tell me. shes 26 now and sold her first house she remodeled for half a million dollars. i had her play a couple instruments and gymnastics. shes runway beautiful so i said no cheerleading. theyre treated as dumb and slutty as most are and they date dumb ball players. so we avoided that um possible step down in standards. i didnt want her viewed or talked about like the parents did about the cheerleaders. i dont why i shared all this but i get excited bc to have a genius kid is rare and all of them have baby music stories. so dream big mama

He who creates a poison, also has the cure. He who creates a virus, also has the antidote. He who creates chaos, also has the ability to create peace. He who sparks hate, also has the ability to transform it to love. He who creates misery, also has the ability to destroy it with kindness. He who creates sadness, also has the ability to to covert it to happiness. He who creates darkness, can also be awakened to produce illumination. He who spreads fear, can also be shaken to spread comfort. Any problems created by the left hand of man, Can also be solved with the right, For he who manifests anything, Also has the ability to Destroy it.

here's a quick story for you who come to this song for happiness during sorrow. I'm 22. grew up raised by a drug dealer. a highschool drop out. two children with two mother's. when he died when I was 20 I lost everything. went from my own home new cars money women and all what a highschool kid wishes. a Wana be bad ass. I fell into a deep humbility and when he died found a job at a grocery store over night. lived legitimately broke to the point I couldn't financially support my children. on top of also near death health issues and the mentality of giving up. much much more comes along with my story. brutal details I'm leaving out. I now am 22. with a job as a plant healthcare technician with the use of all organic applications to treat sick and deatressed plants and help from fruit trees that are 100 years old to small shrubs. making a better living than I did in the lifestyle I came from. still an ex junkie. still a father of two. still the same person I was bread to be. this small version of my story is not for attention. it's to tell you all here for help. life. is absolutely beautiful. and I promise you all. you can change your path. a small bit of discipline and dedication will save you. I love all of you. and don't give up. there is something on this Earth for everybody. take it from a person raised not to appreciate life. Wich now life is my passion. believe in the good things coming everybody. you will prevail.

I was running late to a work dinner that I completely forgot about tonight and was feeling down and angry at myself for forgetting about it. I was on the bus, and felt like I was gonna cry, and a guy with his guitar sitting behind me played the first line of this song: "I believe in the good things coming." It felt like a sign from the universe and I had to look this song up as soon as I got home. Keep it up!

I have had to learn to walk again, metal is in me holding me together..some how i ended up on here and i cant complain. Ive been on a stay better not bitter journey and this song keeps me there. Even when i wasnt walking i prayed for that woman. Even as i was taken away by the paramedics i prayed for her. Good things do and will continue to come. I got out of an abusive relationship 1 year ago and this song single handedly brought me out of my depression and helped me live life again. I was told that I would "never achieve anything" without him but jokes on him! I've never been so successful and confident in my life. Since leaving him I accepted a job as an Admin Asst for a drug rehab and mental health facility, bought a new truck, bought a boat, and started courses to become an EMT! Thank you Nahko and Medicine for the People for making me believe in myself and ALL THE GOOD THINGS COMING! much love

Much respect to you Much2 Faded. I was just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I DID want to give up. This place is filled with so much hatred and selfishness. But I've had a change of heart yesterday when a 3 year old boy prayed for me to be brave. To be brave through chemo is not how I took it. But as a prayer to be brave to actually survive to hang around a place like this. So I pull up this fav of a song of mine. What gives me the bravery to fight this even more are ALL THESE POSITIVE PEOPLE HERE! The comments alone suggest good things are still in reach. Thanks to all these positive post.

@@jaimeneves3745 Bruh. Maybe it is a Christian message and maybe not but christianity isnt for everyone. I have a lot of trauma associated with christianity. To me, this line means that one should never consider them a master in something and should always pursue their craft with the mindset of a new learner and not an expert. But also one should understand that they should approach society a servant, with a mind to serve it and thus make it better. And understand that, as a servant, they may know nothing else but they do know how to serve the world to make it better. It isnt necessarily a message about serving your specific god. Humans have worshipped over 10,000 goddesses, gods, and otherwise gendered deities anyway. And one can understand the quite secular lesson of approaching life with a healthy balance of humility and self confidence without being religious

Sure...however, with the end fast approaching, its important to be a little more specific in your beliefs. This is not the time for ambiguity. The Bible prophesises whats happening. That means something to me.

@@jaimeneves3745 My beliefs are quite specific, thank you. Your problem with my beliefs isnt that you think they arent specific. Your problem is that you know they arent Christian and you think any non Christian religious belief must be baseless, nonsensical, and fragile. Christianity is not the only religion in the world. It's not even the oldest. Just because your magic book says the world is ending doesnt mean the world is ending. All religions have had prophesies. Yours isnt special.

And my 2nd dad did a u-turn to go and get her and people accidentally hit her he stopped and dropped to his knees crying. Please pray for her. Her name was Chelsea. 👏 👼

During the 2016 campaign trail...on the back roads and highways on a campaign bus jamming this song. Charlie VS Goliath. Sun rising from the eastern sky and setting on hopes and words spoken into life. Good things are coming! The shift of consciousness and mindfulness began. We are all love here. Thank you always for this refreshing reminder. 🌅of the age of ♒

GREAT video...I literally listen to all the music by Nahko and Medicine for the People everyday....along with my boys who are 5 and 6...I love hearing them sit and sing the lyrics. Doesn't matter what they are doing, I turn on NMP and you hear them start humming and singing

This song has brought light into my life during my darkest hours. Thank you, Nahko and Medicine for the People. I'm so happy to have randomly come across you while trying to drown myself in music to cover the pain I'm in. I only wish I found you 2 years ago, but then again it probably wouldn't have meant what it means to me today. :)
