The advantage of Legazpiis having its international seaport as well as accessility to the Bicol International Airport in Daraga. Also the old domestic airport which is approx 80 hectares of prime property is up for development in the likes of what Iloilo and Bacolod did to their respective domestic airports which became also their new CBDs with highrise offices , malls and condos now dotting the skyscraper for both cities. Township developments are also in the pipeline with Vistaland’s condo development and Sunwest future highrise condo projects near SM Legazpi. It is an exciting time for both cities of Bicol and let us all be happy as both cities continuously grow and develop.

Waiting for the ripeness of the market pa daw ang legazpi sa mga condominium. Ung ecohomes condo ng legazpi white elephant na walang kumukuha ng unit. Ung domestic airport ng legazpi daw gagawin nalang pabahay ni bbm.

Naga city is the heart of Bicol center of trade center of education. Where it not for politics infrastructures should have been centered in the province of camarines sur. Cam sur based on da statistics is the rice granary of Bicol.

May International Airport na nga dyan pero mabagal pa din ang asenso siguro takot lng sa mayon. Ung coho wala na hindi na tumuloy, ung horizon waiting for the ripeness of the market pa daw pero 2024 wala ng paramdam. ung isa may drawing na ung malapit daw sm pero wala man investor. Ung eco homes nman matagal na un may 4 bldg na ata nakatayo ngayon pero hindi pa finish mukha tuloy ghost bldg.

Maganda talaga ang mayon volcano at madaming pasyalan sa legazpi pero mas dinadayo ang naga & camsur top tourist destination ng bicol pang 4 sa buong pilipinas.. Sa negosyo naman naga ang no. 1 pangalawa lng ang legazpi.. Makikita na lahat sa naga mga condo, bpo, national brand hotel, township development, 1st & only industrial park in bicol, 2 superstore s&r&landers etc.

D naman pinakita cbd ar downtown ng legaspi jan. Dense din ang legaspi maam. Ang malls ng legaspi magkkalapit lang. Sm ,pacific mall, ayala ,lcc, yashano.

Ang Naga po apat ang CBD niya Magsaysay CBD, Triangulo CBD, Centro CBD, at Milaor Diversion CBD at tsaka magkaka Filinvest, Vista, Estate, Naga Global Business Park, Carolina CBD (Owned by government), Balatas CBD kami. Meaning magiging marami na Ang CBD ng Naga sa future. Tsaka po ang mga karatig bayan ng Naga maunlad na rin. Tingnan niyo po ang Pili marami na tao at establishments. Sa Canaman, Camaligan, Calabanga, San Fernando rin. Ang Milaor rin po na 3kms lang from Naga City CBD marami na warehouse at commuters. Ibig sabihin Po niyan ganap na Metro na ang Naga. Pareho maganda at malaking city but based on Wikipedia-- legazpi is the largest city in bicolandia....Total income and IRA/ revenue/ economy Legazpi is the winner.....its income or revenue is even larger than Lucena, Tacloban and Dagupan.....Legazpi is the Regional Center of Bicol and the location of Bicol International Airport ...strategic location nasa gitna ng nearby Sorsogon City, Tabaco city and Ligao city at mga island provinces

naga&camsur palagi no. 1 tourists destination in bicol.. Boom na boom talaga sa naga ang negosyo pinaka bago ngayong 2023 ung naga city industrial park 1st in bicol. a masterplanned township green development na itatayo sa haciendas de naga hindi pa tinatayo ang industrial park may naghihintay agad na locator ang fuji industries naga. Ung isang kilalang developer ng condo from 8 storey gagawin ng 20 storey condo nila sa naga, ung Santerra sold agad ung 1st tower bldg. May asterra condo pa. Ung 3 condo operational na. Tapos may s&r & landers pa. Naga Na! 😍

kung sa pasyalan lamang talaga ang legazpi,, piro sa negusyo at trabaho lamang ang naga,, pag dating naman sa bicol province,, camsur ang may maraming pasyalan kung tutuusin mas marami pang magagandang pasyalan ang catanduanes at sorsogon kisa sa albay,, mayon lang naman ang kilala sa albay,,,

FYI 1st condo development in bicol ung residencia magayon ng naga ung ecohomes ng legazpi halos kasabayan lng ng residencia magayon na ginawa pero hanggang ngayon wala pang nakatira sa ecohomes white elephant na.. After residencia magayon sumunod na ung 4 na condo pa lahal sold out ung ecohomes wala pa.. Mauunahan pa yan ng pili ung ecohomes nyo kasi malapit na din ma sold out condo ng pili. Hihihi
