I love this lady! I love the way that she talks to the viewer. It's as if you're in her home, having a cup of tea, not as if she's talking to an entire audience. She has the ability to pull you in, and make it feel like a special, little instruction session.

I'm sorry, but I completely disagree with that statement. While I appreciate that's what she's *trying* to do, if you watch the series on Netflix it comes off as very fake, forced and scripted and not at all natural, with a lot of obviously faked enthusiasm and sycophantic conversation especially when she is interacting with families and food industry workers on her show.

Been making these for ages! It's SOOOO good! I put a cheese slice on it and add in chopped corriander and sliced green chilli... and I roll it using sweet chilli sauce on it :)

Never thought of using sweet chili sauce but now i absolutely must.

I love her comments! She's so real, and natural - it isn't scripted. It's as if you were right in the kitchen with her - just chatting, cooking, and having a spot of tea. :)

I've made these like 20 times since I watched this on Netflix. They're so good. With siracha. So delicious.

I'm the kind of person who usually sticks to certain recipes and rarely tries something new. But Nadiya's show has made me try new stuff and new twists on things I like. The egg and mushroom wrap is a lifesaver: easy, delicious and also fills you up instantly.

Feeding your family is the most fundamental thing we do, and many can’t afford to do it because of the cruel, greedy, uncaring governments running so many countries these days. So yes. I made these today with mushrooms spinach cheese and greens onions. I also made the tomato paste with a jar of sun dried tomatoes. Delicious.

My mom was watching this show on Netflix and she made these for me and my mom and I think these are delicious!

This changed my life. Incredibly cheap to make, packed with nutritional value, and near endless variety. Did I forget, absolutely delicious?

I made these for lunch today and they were super delicious. A disclaimer though, it takes about one egg per egg roll. I did three eggs like Nadiya did in the video and made three egg rolls, which was more than enough for one person. If you're cooking for the whole family, you'll need a lot more eggs. For just me, I realize that I should only make two next time.

I love Nadiya and her recipes. She is down to earth and a lot of fun.

I make these all the time now... I love them! I actually dice a little sweet potato and onion, toss them in olive oil and seasonings, and throw them in the oven to roast while I'm getting ready for work, then whip this up and add the potato mixture...it's delicious!

This was awesome. I made using pesto and roasted peppers with spinach. Thank you.

I've made this dish like this several times, today i made it with a bit of thinly sliced onion and thinly sliced tomato instead of the mushrooms and it was really good too. And instead of the tomato sauce i added a bit of grated cheese to glue the tortilla I love how versatile this recipe is

These are great for lunch boxes. Make, wrap in kitchen roll and freeze

If you don’t have sun dried tomato paste, Nando’s sauce is a GREAT alternative, and better than tomato purée :)

Two days in a row! These are a big hit.

My roommate and I have been eating these ever since we saw this on Netflix. I actually just made some tonight, it's amazing how filling 3 eggs and a single tortilla can be!

I saw this on her Netflix show. I made this recipe this morning but used vegan eggs instead of regular ones. It was so delicious and easy to make!!

I already have made these for years but the way she does it is different and I like the fact she sticks the tortilla on top which will make flipping it a lot easier. I'm terrible at flipping regular omelettes, they often break. So this is great

My first time watching Nadiya. This is awesome! Pinning for when my kiddo comes home.

Made it for my family brunch this morning, skipped the parsley and olives. I also cooked the mushrooms first. For one of them I added sardines (tinned in oil), they wouldn't roll when cooked so I served them like empanadas - v. delicious. But definitely took longer than 5 minutes, especially if you're making multiple for the family. I would have 2 frying pans on the go next time.

For those wondering if the omelette is burnt or is she using a little too much oil for the omelette, in some parts of Asia this is how they cook their versions of omelette .. a little “fried”. It’s really good but obviously don’t have it too much.

This is the most incredible idea I’ve ever seen.

I made this tonight with thinly sliced mushrooms and chopped Roma tomatoes. Where has sun dried tomato paste been all my life?!? Everyone should try this. It is delicious and simple and you can make a thousand variations.

Her season of GBBO has to be in the top three for me. I miss the original cast of players.

After watching this, I bought tortillas just to make this. Made it for breakfast and lunch, so good! I spread a hot pepper paste on the tortilla and used cheddar cheese and onion for the filling. So good!
