0:13 English Cooking Corner! with Teacher John
1:05 2 ribs of celery
1:09 2 carrots medium-size
1:13 Wash the celery!
2:40 Peel the carrots. Use a tool called a "peeler."
3:10 Cube the carrots. Cut the same way we cut the celery!
4:15 Use a medium-sized pot. It makes about 6 servings.
4:39 Thyme Add 10g (2 teaspoons)
4:47 Water Add about 1.8L (8 cups)
5:44 Reduce heat to LOW, and cover the soup.
6:30 Remove the chicken. Use a tool called tongs.
6:58 Marjoram Add 2.5g (1/2 teaspoon)
7:31 Skim off some fat. Add about 235ml (1 cup) to a bowl.
7:50 Flour Add 15g (1 tablespoon) to the fat. Mix!
8:19 Add the gravy. Mix quickly using a "whisk."

To cook the broth you should add the roasted onion, parsley, celery, bay leaf, allspice, after cooking you should add paprika, ginger, and nutmeg!

Hello. When you cut an onion the pieces are big. Chopping an onion makes the pieces of onion a bit smaller. Chopped pieces are usually square shaped. Thank you for your comment.
