    As a Gandharva musician member of Maharishi organisation from 1992 to 1997, I had the privilege of learning and practising Nadi Shodhana. Watching your video has been like a refresher course for me to resume it, at 87 years. Thank you very much.

    Thanks guru ji, i think the scientific reason behind nadi shodana is that it creates a stress when we breath with the nose this increases Nirtic Oxide in our blood flow ,which dilates arteries for better health and mindfulness. Any act of breathing especially with the nostril has improved benefits of mindfulness, consciousness and health.

    Guruji ur finger is not correctly held. Index and middle finger should touch base of thumb and u have to use thumb and index finger to control the flow of air
