I saw Dr. Conlon presentation and gave her positive feedback. Younger healthy people would most likely benefit from using NMN and NR, but older folks may need to fix NAD + regulatory mechanism to benefit from such supplementation. My recommendation is always fix your diet, get some exercise and supplement what you are missing before venturing into expensive therapies. There is a lots of interest in longevity and quality of life, most people are looking for quick fixes, some magic pills or liquid, and they are not willing to do a daily grind.
The product is too expensive £65 for a months supply. Most people who need this are ageing or are ill, and they can't afford £65.
