I used to live in Subramanya nagara back in 2005 when I was a bachelor. If I remember correctly, this lady used to run a mess and we were regular customers. She was very hard working and happy to see she has made a lot of progress.

Agree with you. A big NO to plastic and aluminium. Also the oil they use. They can use less of superior quality oil that is unrefined than pour loads of refined oil which has petroleum products in it and is odourless. These kind of cooking practices is the leading cause of arthritis, heart diseases, kidney diseases and cancer.
