冰糖半安士
陳皮 2 瓣
紹興酒 1 湯匙
腐乳適量
老抽適量
Recipe:
3 lb pork know
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
Some white pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
Sauce mix:
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp chee hou sauce
2 pieces fermented red bean
1 piece of ginger
1 piece of star anise
1/2 oz rock sugar
2 sections tangerine
1 Tbsp Cooking wine
Some fermented bean curd

有冇好好睇影片,唔好咁死牛一邊頸啦,人哋都話你好好地煎香就唔會出血水或污糟泡沫, 寶寶姐嘅煮菜經驗唔會差過你,我相信她, 要自己驗證試煑過才說吧。
