Sir why u dont prefer surgery for concha bullosa? how can we reduced concha without surgery? Can Concha crushing be done under local anesthesia?

Hi, i do reduce concha when it is blocking the sinus drainage pathways. I personally do not prefer conchal crushing.

Hello Dr. My son is 6yrs of old, he is suffering from DNS prob. Also he has food allergy. DNS percentage is 98% , he always blinking his eyes and mucus is not coming from his right side of the nose. Also his voice also coming like talking from a Pot He is getting problem of breathing/sneezing , mucus stucking in nose We wants to do DNS and Sinus surgery..
