Stop use in the otc, I got told by a pharmacist they can't make it worse,

Sinus headaches have been the bane of my existence for 2 weeks. I followed the video and suddenly they've become a minor nuisance. In confident that doing this 2x a day continously will remove these headaches completely. Thank you doctor!!!

Omg! Thank you so much. I've been dealing with this nonsense sinus block which was so painful for a 5 years or so. I got it blocked in a way that it doesn't hurt anymore but recently, I wanted to unblock and it gave me a headache and I was stuck in between. This video helped alot, it's the right kind of video I was looking for! Great!

My sinuses stay, stopped up continuously, I can’t remember a time when I could breathe. I also have tinnitus I tried this and although I am still a little bit stopped up I do feel a lot better thank you Dr. Mandel this is just great for me. I do watch a lot of your videos and I try the ones that apply to me and I think you have great advice and love watching your videos, keep them coming! I just tried your video on using vinegar and water as a hair rinse and I just love it!

I lovelovelove this! I've been wondering if I would have to go on antibiotics again for the sinus pain, but it already feels better after just trying this!! I'm going to do this every day and see whether it can also help my vertigo. Thanks so much!

Thank you very effective! Like the brain technique! I use my two index fingers for an acupressure point by going from top of nose down to bottom of nose, this helps me too.

Thank you so much! I've been suffering for most of my adult life from a stuffed nose. I am totally dependant on Afrin because of it. And it's not the Afrin, like everyone loves to tell me because I have given it up for over 3 months and nothing improved. This works! I'm amazed! 😊❤ Now, I just have to get the artery in my left nostril to stop opening up and causing vicious nose bleeds. I've had this problem since I was a kid. My poor grandparents would get all ready to take me to the hospital then it would stop. I went to an ENT and at first he thought it was just a little problem that he could chemically cauterize until he unintentionally opened wound up and realized it was an artery. He was so taken aback that he had other doctors come in to see the nasal geyser themselves. The doctor had a hell of a time trying to cauterize it by burning but after a while it just opens again. 😮‍💨

I found red light therapy helped a lot with my stuffy nose. Used to constantly have issues.
