    Height should be mentioned....weight is not everything..we need to look at BMI to know if our weight is okay for our height..so plzz mention height

    So this is my story.... Sep 2006, 18 So when i was in my mom's tummy my mom had a huge craving for food even if she ate a whole bucket of rice she wouldn't be full so in this she also gained lot of weight...when I was born I was so chubby and fat..even if I was overweight for a baby my parents and family kept feeding me saying I look cute when I am fat..and after all this when I was like age 8 or 9 I found out that I had asthma because of my overweight my heart had to beat like 2x faster to pump blood to all part of my body...so my mom started giving me diets and send me to a dance class so I could loose weight but it didn't help much cuz I used to eat more after coming back from dance class..later my weight started increasing like 36kg to 45kg to 50kg and now 70 kg i am currently 14 years old..so last year I came to know about kpop. And I really got into it after seeing all those korean girls who are like 20s but still with slim figure really got me depressed bcs I tried many ways to lose weight I really want to be 45kg. So bcs of covid 19 we are having holidays so before quarantine I was like 62kg and after 6months of quarantine I am now 70kg...i am really really depressed because I tried many methods to loose weight, diet, exercise, dance, zumba dance, fasting, juicing but nothing is working when I check my weight i would be 68kg and after I come check after drinking some water I would be 68.9 or 70.4 kg I have no idea how a sip of water is dropping all my efforts...then I came to know about subliminals at first I didnt really believed them but after reading many comments and feedbacks about subliminal it motivated me....i am using subliminal lately but still i can't see any i mean any different. I feel like crying . I really hate it all my friends in my class are like stick some even call me pig...they have no idea how hurt I am not even my parents support me they all laugh at me cuz I am 24/7 doing workout but no results all my cousins , friends everyone are like stick even the boys...i feel soo embarrassed even when standing next to them...I really wish one day I would be slim and everyone should be shocked af

    @@FizaNizzil mine is the same. Well I'm also overweight currently 68. So i have started my intermittent fasting one week back and I have set my fasting window as 16:8 and so far results are satisfying enough. In your case what I can say from my experience is that u have to be patient since weight loss if happening at a steady pace is more healthy option than the quick loss and gaining again. So please continue to eat healthy and even if you Don't loose much still u body will surely get benefit. And for the people whom you see as lean are not necessarily fit because neither being skinny means healthy neither being fat is unhealthy. Respecting ur body and it's limit is the most important thing. And let me tell you I'm 23 much older than you so U have enough time to make ur body the way you want to.

    It's because fats are more than muscle mass. When u workout u get muscles. Even though the weight is high still look slim like the girl in the video. She is 72kg and looks toned. When I was 55 still I was looking fat.

    2 time hi khana khana shuru karo... Subha 12 baje aur raat ko 8 baje.. Bich me kuch nahi.. Bilkul kuch nahi.. Bas paani ya black coffee (matlab garam paani+coffee only) Din ka 4 chapati hi khao.. Na jyada aur kam to bilkul bhi nahi... Sabji me dal, panner, nonveg, chana, ya kuch bhi protein rich khao... Exercise me skipping karo.. Surwat me jyada nahi karpaoge, lekin dhire dhire 1 min, 2 min karte karte fin ka 20 min karo.. Roj dinka 20 min skipping karo, wo bhi 100 jump per min ki speed se.. Har 100 ke baad jitna maan utna rest karsakte hai... Par din ka 2000 skip karo.. Pehle din 200 bhi nahi hoga lekin har roj try karo.. Weight loss ke liye baki exercise ki koi jarroorat nahi agar din ka 30-40 min skip karna sikh gaye to.. TIME LAGTA HAI... 6 mahine tak lagatar karne ka target rakho.. Result kuch mahino me aate hai lekin target 6 tak rakho.. All the best

    @@thakuranu- ha speed 100-150 skips per min ki rakho.. Continously 2 min kudo fir rest karo, fir kudo fir rest.. Rest tumhare hisab se jitna chahe utna, lekin kamse kam 30 sec tobhi... 2000 karneme 20 min lagjaenge agar rest ka time count na kare to.. Ek bar 20 min ke aadat hojaye to time badhao, lekin 40 min se jyada jump mat karo.. Nuksan nahi hai par, uske baad aur kudnese accha hai ki body weight ya free weight training karlo.. Ye 2000 ya 3000 skipping ka session subha ek bari me hi kardo.. Aur naye din me kuch bhi khane se pehle ho to accha... (subha nind khulte hi paani piya karo, bed ke pass hi bottle rakkhakaro, Metabolism kick start hojata hai)

    Eat cucumber tomato onion salad in every meal. No samosa in evening. Either fruit, wet chana salad , carrots, sweet corn. Eat normal masala food but no outside junk food. Eat before 9pm. Walk 10k steps everyday. You will lose 1 kilo every 15 days ,it will stop at 2 months. Remain constant and then lose again after 2 months continuously

    Right I can't go to gym it's not allowed to religious muslim girls but alhamdulillah I had lose my weight at home with intermittent fasting and glow girl tales exercise I had losed 12 kg in 3 months
