@@SaiyadMuskan-lr4sq morning .chia seed with luk warm water and a lemon juice After that walk for 40 mins After a hour. Take some fruits in breakfast. Drink water . And add some salds in u r meal . Before sleeping walk for 20 mins Ur fast 5 or 6 kg will lose very easily
