The store you shop at looks so good, the selection of veggies is insane! Wish I had something like that where I live
I love these styles of videos. gives me lots ideas and tips on how to make clean eating a lifestyle choice and not a chore.
I admire you so much for being able to eat clean all the time! I couldn't imagine that...
I wish I was able to buy that much food every week. Here in America it would be close to over 100 dollars. I have to work with a tight budget

P3acexL0veScr1be fair enough. Home made soups aren't a bad idea, I made some once and I got 12 servings out of it. Only cost about £4. ($5/6)

for real. it's so expensive here in america. and there isn't much of a great variety either. if you do find a place that has good stuff it's over priced. if I don't buy meat my bill is still above $60

Check if you have a local farmers market. I didn't know my town had one and found their schedule on facebook.
I totally agree about coconut water that comes in a a container, it taste horrible to me. Nothing like when you drink it right out of the fruit. Another great video Joanna!
I love how much effort you put in making your videos!
Thank you Joanna! I watched a lot of your videos today and I think I learned so much! You have a lot of positive power. I'll keep eating healthy, keep exercising and keep fighting with my acnes.
I cannot believe you're from Malaysia ! A fan of yours here from Singapore ! I want to start losing weight so gotta say thank you !

This is my favourite video on KZread, for some reason I find it very relaxing :-)
Only Johanna could make food shopping look so stylish! Love her!
so glad to have stumbled upon your channel! I've always watched channels from overseas and it's difficult to buy groceries accordin g to their shopping list!!! And I totally agree with you, loving and missing my home Malaysia ! pls continue to do whatever you are doing now!
great video joanna!! i really enjoyed it;)
I'm glad you turned to free-range eggs and opted out the caged ones.
I really like the seasonal idea! In the UK we tend to just bulk buy things all year round but getting a different thing each time in small amounts sounds so much better
Thumbs up for u J as always!!! Getting ready shopping myself this week

I am so jealous of the fruit and veggies section you guys have. I live in a small Southern, American town, which anyone from America knows what that means. Thank you for the video. I love watching all your, very helpful, videos. :)

Yes madam. But I need to ask: Should I warm up before doing the bed exercises shown in your other presentations? I do not understand the wat that works when it comes to doing your workouts in bed.

I'm jealous of your selection. The stores near me here in America don't offer as many amazing fresh products unless of course you get to a farmers market. Plus the cost would have been double.
UK groceries shopping would be lovely 😄
Great video! Thoroughly enjoyed it especially because I'm from malaysia too. It's good to know we can get healthy stuff even in our local supermarket !

We can even get some food stuff that are used by some American/Canadian/Brit youtubers if you don't mind paying a higher price. Not from Tesco though but Jaya Grocer.

Here in the US the groceries would cost a lot more!! Sadly the cheap foods are low priced. However I enjoyed your video! A few things I like to get every week are snack size seaweed, frozen fruit for smoothies and bell peppers!
Thanks ma'am very helpful soon I want to be a member of fitness what you have
I shop at Puchong Tesco too! Hope to see you there sometime haha
I wish we had a grocery store like that at my place.
Can you please tell me which mall you go to to get your pistachio and dried apricots? Looks like Ampang Point but I'm not too sure
Hi I'm from Malaysia too!! I'm so happy to know that we go to the same place to buy nuts..May I know where u bought all ur groceries from beczs it is quite expensive if I buy from Aeon and Aeonbig
we have a similar grocery list ! except i don't buy coconut or dragon fruits because we don't find it here. Also i'm cutting out on meat so i don't buy chicken. I've been thinking of adding nuts into my diet but at my local store they are expensive...
I want to become a personal trainer thanks for the tip you pretty much set me on the path
Hi Joanna, have you seen the documentary Forks Over Knives? I know you care about your health, and I was wondering what your thoughts of it are if you have seen it. Anyways love that you choose a lot of fruits and veggies!
My family's shopping list is very similar. 👍
can you do a vid on "discovering your" neighborhood plz? I like your videos a lot! Greetings from Hungary :)
I eat food from my refrigerator. The food just appears, because Mom and Dad buy food. They tend to buy a lot of raw ingredients and buy inexpensively. I just have to look in and fix something based on whatever I see. Every day is different.

Can you please share your list? I just started my healthy and weight lose journey .
Have you considered frozen veggies as an alternative option? That could be better than canned veggies with preservatives.
ive never even seen long beans!!! I want some! Also....can I please get the recipe for the steamed fish? it looked amazing!
Wow the tesco you went is the one i always shop at! Their fruits and veggies are very cheap, always on sales. Now their watermelon are crazily on sales, 99sen for per kg, i bought it yesterday and it taste super juicy and sweet (;
Hey Joanna! I really like you as you really inspires me a lot! ;) I'm also in Malaysia and I'm wandering where are you based in? Haha
The most wonderful part was dry nuts shop 🤤
can you make a video of the seaweed spring roll wrap you made
Whuuuu Joanna i was shocked! I thougth it was price in dollars :D
I'm in shock I've never herb of purple spinach... I really know a lot on food and nutrition 🤔 Those were some super long scallions too
I guess my biggest issue with seasonal fruit and veggie shopping is I don't have much of a varied palate, so I find if I buy new produce just because it's in season, half the time I don't like them, and end up wasting money.
I consider myself very lucky. My family is far from rich but there is a produce stand about two kilometers away and for us, we can get about 4 or 5 large bags of fruits and vegetables for maybe 25 USD.
world's best girl ever 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

hi joh. I like ur videos . they are very inspiring. I wait for ur new videos. since I am pure vegetarian don't know how to fill up protein. also I want to know if tofu is healthy for men n women.thanks..
@sebastianlugo5781

Super old but as an ex vegetarian (due to medical complications) I thought I'd chime in. For me, black beans were a staple food growing up so I could eat those with rice and salad and call it a night being stuffed. The main thing is to find what protein sources you LIKE. I learnt a long time ago that if you hate the food you're eating, you'll never stick to any lifestyle. As for tofu, it's safe assuming the person doesn't have a history of hormonal problems. It's high in oestrogen so for a woman with PCOS or a man with too much oestrogen, it could cause some discomfort and in extreme cases (my case) irritate the bowels and cause rapid malnutrition. But if they have no hormonal problems, tofu is perfectly safe and a great source of protein.
I wish it were easier to get fresh fruits and vegetables where I live, but unfortunately I live in a very beef related state and all the fruits and veggies we have here are shipped in from Washington or California :( I'm vegetarian too) so our grocery shopping usually tends to be about 200$ for three people every week and a half
Well here in Pakistan well get to buy every thing fresh from veges and fruits to all dairy products. And the fun fact is that natural food is allot cheaper than the processed ones
I wanted to ask how do we maintain weight after an extreme diet while excercising and how to overcome binge eating through the long journey? Btw , am a really huge fan of urs from india💞
