Nairobi west hospital all the best,all the way...The balanced diet on point.I remember my dad was being admitted there on 2019 and he stayed there for months.After he was told he is being discharged,he was like No!!!I will miss the hospitality and the food...Big up the NWH and God bless the staffs there.

I can attest to that part about food....3 yes back my son was admitted n we went for a private wing....for a whole week...my work was to eat n comfort my son ....sema kunona...by the time ntarudi job.. my workmates were doubtful if indeed I was in hospital...I hed added some kgs☺️☺️☺️...

Sometimes I wonder how they did it for sure it's not easy

If I could have tried this I couldn't make it. My first born 4 hours from the begging to birth. Second born 2 hrs from 2cm to 10 went in like 1 hr. And true the most important is to listen to what you are being told by the doctor and nurses though it's hard at that moment.

I thank God always .however it wasn't easy I went from 2cm to 8 cm in 45 mins I had nothing like Early labor I was in active labor the whole time then it was first time. God's grace is always sufficient.

Even the way you're treated is very different. But the reason people say that is because you're safer going to a public hospital which usually has good doctors and facilities kushinda a cheap private hospital cause they're so many horror stories from some.Just watch Lynn Ngugi's video on a woman alizalia St. Mary's Hospital.
