Hello, A normal woman's cycle is 28 days, most women ovulate on the mid of the cycle meaning on day 14. It is stressful to keep testing at the wrong time. I would suggest going to a gynaecologist to understand more of how the female body works.

I personally have a longer cycle so my ovulation is from day 18. Having a period tracker and going to a gynaecologist for counseling will give you more insight on your most fertile days to try for a baby and this varies from woman to woman depending on their cycle lengths .

I genuinely understand nina both emotionally and scientifically, Pregnancy does come like this, the anxiety can cause an hormonal imbalance and reduce the chances of getting pregnant. Also let the cycle manifest. you cannot test positive unless impalntation has happened and it happens around the time you are expecting your next period so her point about waiting for her to ovulate ,try sex, the test it after a missed period is valid. You both need to get medical counselling on conception and also for both your mental health. You might also need to go easy on her juu she just recently removed her birth control

It really doesn't work like that , any change to the normal operation of the reproductive system has a impact.. sometimes the body isn't just ready yet

Please don't pressurize her, i can understand her where her point is coming from, that's how i always feel when my hubby tells me to test for pregnancy and am not mentally or emotionally prepared, am always afraid of getting negative results
