I concur, spreading the awareness.The fact that so many girls got no access to pads is so moving.

When I first began my periods I used to roll for 7days heavy flow such that even with pads it used to overflow Kwa bedding and it used to bother me alot. Thanks to my mom she took me through that journey. She would wake me up when she thinks I should change my pad cos I was a heavy sleeper. Thanks Millie for this

I thank God my hubby is a doc and he understands it even better than me. He has never discriminated me in any way. Nikimtuma pads analeta. I thank God for him. Happy menstural hygiene to every lady.

I had a classmate whose periods really embarrassed her. Sometimes am thankful I have pain during my first four-five hours of period. The lady used to standup for breaks and voila, blood all over. Our chairs were metallic so you could see a ‘tiny pool of blood’. Thanks Milly.

I was given a story of my friend's high school way back in 2017 of a girl who went on her period in a locker...I feel proud as as man a Kenyan KZreadr take their time to create awareness

I think visiting a certain children's home then do pads/tissues donation will be a good thing

So I'm in this group called keeping a girl in school(KGS). And it's main aim is to provide sanitary towels and educate them on Menstrual health management. Thanks for the awareness Milly ..on my period days in high school I just spent them in the sick bay ..didnt attend lessons for all those days ..it used to affect me a lot during exam time and really caused me so much embarrassment...but with time the pains subsided as I grew older😀right now am 24 and i rarely experience extreme menstrual pain ...sometimes I don't even notice am rolling 😍...to all ladies out there ..you are strong and amazing 😇

Mine even washes the messed up sheets,not all men feel disgusted.

Periods in school was something girls were soo much discriminated. Wanashinda wamefunga sweater kwa waists kwanza pale primary😭😭😭 I thank God, lately primary kids are soo much enlightened. And schools are provided with pads.
