Which is why you support sending most of the south side of Chicago to Guantanamo Bay-correct? A single zip code having more homocides than the nation of Iraq during wartime is proof of their unwillingness to live “within our laws” (this grammatically makes no sense, but I would expect nothing less from a public school graduate).

There are people who said that to black people for 200 years. Laws and justice systems can be morally bankrupt. So your blanket statement is really just authoritarian. While the hyper majority of the sovereign citizen types have mad cow disease, in the future we may look back on them and say that some of them, every now and then, had a good point.

They are never justice, justice left this forsaken land in the 1860's.

Same thing in real estate. Did same thing on my first couple deals. People typically want to help others.

That's what makes the United States a Republic and not a democracy. Individual rights and freedoms that cannot be usurped by another person's rights and freedoms. That makes us sovereign citizens. However there are people that misunderstand what being a sovereign citizen means.

You don't get to pick the laws you ignore, marking a law unconstitutional is the job of the Supreme Court. I could just decide that speed laws are unconstitutional - do you think that will stop Joe Friday from ticketing me?

Sovereign Citizen is a contradiction of terms, akin to saying King Slave, all 14th amendment citizens are legal residents of US INC located soullessly in the District of Columbia. Employees of Commerce entity under Sea jurisdiction. Law applies to man and woman. Legal applies to underlings.

@jonathansimmons4475 Traveling on foot, on your horse, in your boat, in your car... are all rights. Traveling from point A to point B on public thoroughfares is our right. Driving, which is a commercial endeavor, is not. No one can legally prevent you from pursuing Life, Liberty and Happiness. The right to freely travel, using your own property, in pursuit of personal business, can not be turned into a privilege. COMMON SENSE is not so common anymore... obviously. A vehicle is defined as a motorized carriage used for commerce. If you're not using your motorized carriage for commerce, it can't be defined as a vehicle and isn't subject to the motor vehicle codes that regulate commerce on public thoroughfares. Therefore, you are using your carriage for traveling in pursuit of personal business/ happiness, not commerce/ driving. No permission is required, nor can it be given.
