My upfront Hill at One North review | Singapore Property
Last new launch in One North area.
First was One North Eden on April 2021, followed by Blossoms by the park on April 2023. Now we have The Hill at One North launching April 2024.
The Hill at One North is a 142 units condo, estimated TOP 2027
I will be sharing my views for all the questions that you have in mind like:
Is The Hill at One North a good buy or good bye?
Will you make money in 3 years if you invest in this project?
Is the launch price good or disgusting?
Is this condo good for own stay or investment?
Is the area oversupply?
Are there any good schools within 1km?
Any other properties to consider in this area?

Hi Eric,I have been following you for a while and I find your channel very interesting. I would like to hear about the difference between buying a new property and a second-hand . Although new one require incremental payments and you don’t have to pay interest so quickly, second-hand allow you to collect rent as soon as you buy them. Which one is more cost-effective?😊

What is your take on the latest land sales of Zion Road and the Upper Thomson sites where the bids were very low. Will it affect thr property prices? The last Jiak Kim Street (Riveire) was 30% more expensive. Does the service apartment requirement and psf normalisation have an impact?

Dear Eric, thank you for all the useful tip I think you are really the best out there for property. Me and my wife(34 yo Citizen and PR), currently holding an EC. Looking to sell and upgrade to a Condo. As in future I will be working in the new hospital in the East, we are looking for new launch, 1200-1400 pSF 3-4 Bedder. But we are not sure if we can afford and what are the good choices. Wondering how do we go about and can we have consult with you and your team on this ? Thank you.

I am puzzled. EC has all the condo facility so why upgrade to a condo unless buying at another location due to proximity to work

@@ravindrandoraisamy9758 cos most ECs are OCR and they have a choice to move to city fringe condos nearer to their workplace or their kids school.
What about Rochester residences? Also in the area but you didn’t mention

The weak sentiment by developers in the recent land sales for Zion road and Thomson area. The sites were sold at a low price. Will it signify that prices are coming down?

Brudder… the 2 tennis courts belong to NTU Alumni Club, not condo in this area. You will need to be a member or be invited to play.
