You know this guy is a true successful man when he uses his wealth to think for his children and grandkids. Multi generations living in this big house is the ultimate flex of not only wealth but family as well. Congrats on owning this lovely home!

one thing I noticed about the wealthy is that they plan for their children and grandchildren - multi generational living is encouraged and seen as a positive. whereas the middle class see "adults living with parents" as something to be frowned upon, with incredible statements such as "live with parents got pay parents rent?" or "wah so old already still never move out?". I've watched countless of these CNA luxury videos, and parents designing homes with their children's needs in mind has always been a common theme. the best example would be the Sheng Siong family, where not only 3 generations live together, but the families of the 3 brothers as well!

It’s big enough for the kids to have their own personal space… the real test comes when the spouse needs to get along with the in laws…

@@mpc5584 You watch too much drama tv. Do you think most people who marry into wealthy families will need to “fight” like common folk for career/social advancement? Not being salty but it’s a fact that whichever gender marries into wealthy families, their careers/social opportunities increase a lot more because wealthy families usually have vast connections especially in a small country like SG. I know this for a fact because of my job. That’s why most wealthy families are wise and marry each other. To expand business opportunities and influential contacts.

@@kenyoung6666 exactly, you understand reality well. I'm not rich, but chances are the wealthy marrying someone of similar socioeconomic status is very high - they go to the schools in the same neighbourhoods (think bukit timah), top overseas unis, work in well paying sectors and so on. sure, there could be cases like he described, but those are rare occurrences
a good class bungalow with articulated spaces and details, well-done RT+Q architects

May I know who the owner of the house is? 🙂
Not being sour. In choosing a home, $$$ also plays a part. The house is well designed to suit the family’s needs.

This set is perfect for horror thriller movie, rich daughter confine at home with cursed emblem she inherited from her grandmother, the spiral staircase could be use for ghost chasing the daughter

Featuring the house or featuring the family ? 😂
How does this video help regular folks? CNA Why don't you feature families that made a wholesome home without spending a fortune.
Who the hell is this guy? I need to know what's his business.

So unimaginable for the millions of downtrodden Singaporeans cramped into public housing. Life is soooo good in Ridout.
why not cover homes in poorly run one room rentals in singapore? Tanglin Halt, Commonwealth, Teban, Macpherson, Sims Avenue, Bukit Merah, Henderson, Boon Lay, Jalan Kukoh, Ang Mo Kio. instead cover places where most Singaporeans will never afford in 10 lifetimes
