I live in Virginia and My Tesla m3 LR got rear ended and I went through the other person’s insurance and I had a great experience so far also. I actually pickup my vehicle tomorrow morning. Not sure if this is only a Virginia thing but make sure to fill for diminished value through the other person’s insurance!!

You would think that Tesla would be faster in getting their vehicles fixed as they are the first major EV company. Unless they have a lot of problems with their vehicles? My grandson says they have a little bit of a quality build problem, perhaps this also is the case with repairing their cars. 🤔

Tesla has poor QC issues.

Tesla is nice, but I am more of a XPENG, NIO, Geely (including Zeekr, Polestar, Volvo,...), GAC, Li Auto, etc. guy.

Doubt they’ll do anything since the market dropped so they’ll blame it on that. It’s been about a year so that time period to file might also have expired. I’ve have to look at local laws.

Basically, the repair is a third of the price of a new Tesla?

I broke my Bumper also once 100$ after, it was repaired. In fact my car is not worth as much as a whole as this (typically super expensive) Tesla repair costed. Teslas suck, are NOT environmental friendly, too expensive and for sure overhyped

If you did this fix yourself, it would probably cost you $3,000

So you paid nothing except maybe your dedeuctible. wow. This an accident repair. Other cars are similar. This video is a crock.
