@@atimnile2401 hey it went well but our issue is male factor fertility after they collect my eggs they said the sperm so poor and they gave my husband 2 month medications still my eggs in freezer 9 eggs

Thank u for this video! Can warm lemon water be taken on d day of embryo transfer till d two weeks wait day?

At the moment we are trying IUI first before we jump to IVF, we've done 4 cycles and have 2 cycles left. If the last 2 aren't successful we are going to wait a few month just to regroup and just take a breather - its been taking a toll on me, its so much to take in. I am currently trying to better my health, I am overweight and I am down 5lb, I hope by getting my weight back in check it helps/improves our chances. I personally take Vitamin D, Folic Acid and Prenatals, my doctor just told me to stick to those (for me specifically, can be different for you) and hope for the best!

My ivf was somehow successful as the all process went really really well, getting pregnant with my first transfer but I lost my sweet baby at 8 weeks. This hit me so hard 😢

I’m so sorry I’m a little delayed on my reply to your probably already had your transfer so I hope it went well!🙏 I had acupuncture right after the transfer. I’ll link some videos here you can watch about how I took care of myself during the 2WW and how I got through it. Main thing I did was I kept busy to keep my mind off of it. It’s a type of vitamin used for many different reasons. My husband takes it to prevent migraines. I took it to increase egg quality

I have low AMH and taking lots of supplements and changed my diet and my AMH doubled in 6 months to a huge surprise of my doctor who said that AMH won’t change any more and was reluctant to retest me. I cut out sugar, eat mainly whole foods and added lots of supplements - same what she mentions plus a few more. I’m still about to start IVF in a few weeks because we had to put it on hold for a year because both my husband and I needed procedures before starting IVF so I had lots of time to focus on diet and supplements. Good luck to all of you especially those with low AMH
